It's a sad day b/c I really liked the stuff. I found that it complemented my bulk very well and I def. noticed some of its anabolic effects. Overall I gained Size and Stregnth. I also felt a lot better in the gym (no elbow pains) I plan to continue the log till the end of the week. As for the supplement stack, I recommend it both to people looking to cut or bulk. My buddy James tested it with his cutting diet and he loved it.
