I have been on M1T for 1week yeterday i started getting a sore throat and a little
cough is it ok to take dayquil it is alcohol free and anthistamine free the ingredients are 325mg of acetaminophen 15mg of dextromethorphan and 30mg of pseudoephddrine

I remember 17aa-1-Test gave me sore throats when I used it as well. I found zinc-throat lozenges worked fairly well to alleviate it personally, I suggest you might try to track down some of those.

As per your original question, no, there would not be any negative interaction of any sort with the medicine you are asking if you can take-- although you could potentially end up 'sleepy as all hell.'

Gargling an alcoholic beverage helps numb your throat but you may not want to do that seeing that the alcohol can be absorbed through the mucus membranes in your mouth. To what extent however, I don't know.

If you take ANY ANY Zinc Suppliments be sure, and it is an ABSOLUTE must to take Vitamin A, to keep you red blood cell count up.
