Thanks bro. Nah man just the basics, protein, waxymaize, creatine. This past Friday I started Powerfull and a couple of tribulus based boosters like NOW's Testojack and Alpha Drive. I have my good and bad days though. It's not like I'm always going up and up. Pleased so far though.

That's what I'm talkin about...Will, you've had the same issue with RC impingment, etc as I've had. But, how can we blow up our chest and shoulders (we both have hypertrophy as our goal) w/o doing lots of presses?

I don't think you can. Now that all is well I'm finally able to work on my chest and shoulders. There's only so much that DB's can do for you in my opinion. I did that for about a year and didn't see as much mass gain as I am now just focusing on BB benching. More weight and reps = more mass Well time to work legs...

 Waxymaize dosing: 1 scoop (40g) after SFW (only on SFW days) Whey dosing: 2 scoops ON's first thing in the morning everyday. 50g protein2 scoops ON's after SFW. 50g proteinMuscle Milk consumed before bed. Anywhere from 22-34g protein worth.
