I don't think you can. Now that all is well I'm finally able to work on my chest and shoulders.

There's only so much that DB's can do for you in my opinion. I did that for about a year and didn't see as much mass gain as I am now just focusing on BB benching.

More weight and reps = more mass

Well time to work legs...

Almost didn't make it in today. Played a pickup softball game after work and was a little tired and lazy. Decided to do front squats for the first time ever just for shits and giggles. I like em. Waxymaize dosing:

1 scoop (40g) after SFW (only on SFW days)

Whey dosing:

2 scoops ON's first thing in the morning everyday. 50g protein

2 scoops ON's after SFW. 50g protein
