Had to hurry up and finish the rest of the shit before the gym closed so I was kept rest periods around 90 seconds tops. Going to work biceps a bit more to see if they grow some more. Not satisfied with current size of them. Gonna see if I can work them 3 times a week. Not going to beat them into submission or anything. Just working them more frequently, maybe 9 sets a week tops or sum10.
