Was a little tired today from the poor sleep the night before, got out of work past 1am. Energy was so-so but still managed to SFW. Right shoulder felt good on inclines. SFW!!!

Right shoulder felt good so I pushed it with the 110's. Didn't really feel any bad discomfort. Good sign. Gave DB Arnold Presses a try for the first time in like 3 or 4 months. Went a little light to test out the shoulder and felt ok. SFW!!

Woke up at 1pm so I was still semi asleep at the gym apparently. Shoulder presses were horrible. Had to work with my regular warmup weight. lol Whatever though. Been hittin it hard lately. The next 2 days of rest should do me good. SFW!!!

You know the feeling, at home, comfortable, still tired from the long Christmas weekend. Plus my lower left lat is a little sore from the heavy deads and I thought it might've been a good idea to rest it one more day. Well fuck that shit. You don't get any stronger by sitting on your ass at home. I said enough of this pussyass shit and SFW!!! I cranked up the Slayer in the car and off to the iron temple I went. Hit a PR on squats and felt the need to do a couple of dropsets afterwards. Right shoulder felt ok on flat DB presses. Overall it was a good training session. SFW!!
