I think you are capable of going much heavier on the smith machine shoulder press.

I used to. My strength is down on that for some reason. I took a 2 week layoff like 2 weeks ago and my strength suffered a bit.

I think my best there was like 195x6 or something. 2 45 lb plates per side, bar is 15lbs not 45lbs.
