Hi, I have been impatient to test this one since I had good results with it at 1000mg. Now it should be awesome. I will run for 40 days, and post my results, reps, nutrition, etc... Diet plan will be like this: Meal one: 2/3 oats, 8 egg whites Meal two : Cytosport's complete wheyMeal three : 4-6 oz lean meat(ex: chicken breasts...) with greens Meal four : Cytosport's complete wheyMeal five: 80 g. gatorade w/2 scoops whey (Half during, half PWO) Meal six: (1 1/2 after workout): 2/3 cup oats with 4-6 oz. lean meat and greens Meal seven : 1 cup cottage cheese ( skimmed) On non-training days, I will not have a meal five. I will have 2 x-factor pre-workout, and the other 3 will be spread thourough the day. No fish oil will be taken, and Purple Wraath will be used PWO. I want to gain no fat at all, and gain the cleanest muscle possible. I will enter my workouts as they are done. My measurements will not be taken now. Only at day 10, because I am bloated from competition (May 27th). How was it? Well we were 3 in junior and I finished 3rd, but did a great show, It was my first one, so I am extremely proud of myself just to get ther it takes a lot of will and energy.I will take measurements and all that once I am back to normal. edit: SORRY, I kept having mail errors and tried again, but it posted 3 times!

Congratulations on your first show!! I'm sure it takes a lot of discipline (and guts)... Just curious, what were the results of your first experience with X-Factor (pounds gained - change in body fat %)? Also, when did it start to kick-in? A lot of people say the gains start only on the second bottle... I am currently taking x-factor (clean diet, etc.). I've been taking it for 2 weeks. I've noticed DOMS especially after doing legs and some minor strength gains, but not much else yet. I decided to take 1250mg on work-out days and 1000mg on non-workout..... (I work out 4 to 5 days a week, so I figure taking 1 less on non-workout days would help extend a day or 2 at the end....). Good luck with your log....

DAY 1Thanks man I will post some pics as soon as I get my USB for my camera. I wasn't 100% cut, but experience is also a really important thing, so next time I will be more ripped, and will know my body more. For my first experience, I can say that yes, it really takes a bottle to feel good pumps. While I was on x-factor for the first time, I was eating like 3 tri-o-plex a day, and eating like a freaking pig. I did gain a little fat, but mostly muscle. For the gains, probably 7 pounds in 50 days if I remember well which are excellent gains by the way. It will kick in, don't worry to push your 100% and you will feel it do it's thing OK! Let's get to day one. I did chest today. Incline barbell press, flat bench press, decline bench press, and high pulley. Also did 30 min cardio. I felt an awesome pump, (just got back on diet after 2 days on junk so thats why )

DAY 2Today I trained legs and biceps. Did: Dumbell squats 4 sets 8-10 reps Dumbell deadlifts 4 sets 8-10 reps Calves: 3 sets 30 + static 30 sec at end of each set French presses : 4 sets 8-10 reps rope pulldown : 4 sets 8-10 dips : 4 sets 10 Felt pretty energized and felt the soreness has lowered a little. Prob. because of purple wraath. Nothing out of ordinary yet. Here are some pics awaited!!!

DAY 3Thanks Guarddog I know I was not the best there, but still. How many are willing to do all those sacrifices? How many train bad, have injuries, and don't take it seriously? I am one of the rare that have the guts to compete. Now that I know what it's like, and how my body reacts, I will tear the stage up in a couple years Ok, so let's get back to the x-factor log. I don't feel it really working, but I am sore big time! I've been out of competition, so that's probably why I am still recovering from this week-end. Everything is in check, and intensity is up in the air. I did biceps and cardio today. Incline dumbell curl 4 sets 8-10 reps Incline hammer curl 4 sets 8-10 reps Concentration curl 4 sets 8-10 reps Pretty good pump and cant move my biceps anymore.

I found this interesting on the product write-up: Because X-Factor™ intensifies protein turnover in exercised muscles, you may need to increase your total daily protein and calorie intake in order to gain significant muscle bulk. This often falls in the range of a 500-1000 calorie per day increase.
X-Factor™ relies on the body's ability to convert arachidonic acid to active prostaglandins in order to be effective. This conversion can be hindered by the consumption of anti-inflammatory drugs, supplements, or food products. The following is a list of things to minimize the intake of while taking X-Factor™:
* Pain medications containing acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, or Aspirin * NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) * Omega 3 fatty acids * Flax and Fish oil supplements * N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) * Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) * Avoid the regular consumption of foods known to be high in omega 3 fatty acids or anti-inflammatory nutrients, such as cold-water fish, peanut butter, and sesame, olive or peanut oils.
IMPORTANT: Remember to drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while taking X-Factor™. I guess I won't ever try this product.
