
I take 7gm before and 7grams after I lift, I was reading some of the reviews and saw people complaining about the taste, but I thought they were just being pussies, so when I got it I shoveled a table spoon down my throat and drank it down with water. It was horrably discusting, I trowed right back up.
However I did learn a way to take it that works for me, before I lift I use the suger free kool-aid mix and fill my mouth up with the kool aid tilt my head back dump 1 tablespoon of eaa's in with it and swish my mouth around and swallow it. I do this with my glutemine as well. after I lift I do the same thing but I do it with waxy maize starch. either way it taste terrible, just not as bad.
