| I am eightteen and i powerlift too and the best thing you can do to get big is too eat eat eat. It really does work the best. You can look at the pinned thread at the top called "clean bulking" to get an idea of what you should eat. Good luck with the powerlifting. I just finished my last high school compotition. I went to states and got 10/18. |

| Im 17 and Have been lifting for one year and powerlifting for about 3 months, right now I have a 1060 total with just a belt on @ 189lbs. All you need to do is eat alot of food bro, aim for 6-8 meals per day 1.5g protein/lb bodyweight, 2-3g carbohydrates/lb bodyweight and keep your fats healthy and at a moderate amount. I would say as far as supplements go AFTER you get your diet in check, pick up some CEE Powder from BN. Dont bother to worry about the name brand Bulk has top notch supplies and they can be very beneficial if used correctly. Take CEE 3g before and 3g After your workouts with a protein shake. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is the best IMO(dont buy vanilla or strawberry). Dont waste your money on NO stacks(wont make you bigger) or amino fuel just get your diet straight. Eat big+Train hard+Rest=Growth. |
