I am 16 I just started lifting after football season and i am taking whey and glutamine and i work out everyday one a different body part wht else should i do to get big.

How about doing a fucking search on the internet or read the multitude of threads in this forum. Take some damn initiative instead of sounding like an illiterate twat.

eat well, and a good intake of protein over a certain period of time will certainly do the job..... specially BCAA.. it worked on me..... love it!!

if you are looking to be big for football season clean eating is the key lots of protein like chicken breasts. fish, and lean steak and potatoes, creatine couldnt hurt but wait a few months to start in on creatine pay attention to your pwo meals as well
