Take the
BCAA's before, during, and after your workout. I recommend that you use
Xtend. Just mix them up and sip them over this period. As far as taking whey 4 times per day I would recommend that you get in more solid food meals. 1 scoop in the morning and 2scoops whey after working out is fine but, the meal before training should be 40-60min before training and should be a slow digesting carb(oats or brown rice) and some lean protein(egg whites, tuna, chicken) plus you will save $ on powder and get the advantages of whole foods.
