Any government that is capable of giving you everything you need is also powerful enough to take away everything you have.

take the whey about 3 to 4 times a day; in the morning/ mid afternoon, about 30mins before workout, about 20 to 30mins after workout, and one before bed. With the Bcaa's just follow the directions on the bottle.

Take the BCAA's before, during, and after your workout. I recommend that you use Xtend. Just mix them up and sip them over this period. As far as taking whey 4 times per day I would recommend that you get in more solid food meals. 1 scoop in the morning and 2scoops whey after working out is fine but, the meal before training should be 40-60min before training and should be a slow digesting carb(oats or brown rice) and some lean protein(egg whites, tuna, chicken) plus you will save $ on powder and get the advantages of whole foods.
