| Day 1 April,9 2006 Start of 4 Day Log STATS sex: male age :19 weight: 173lbs @ 12.8bf height: 5"11 Bodytype: Ecto MEASURMENTS Weight-173lbs Forarms-12.75 Arms-15 Neck-15.75 Shoulders-48.0 Chest-42.25 Waist-33.5 Quads-24.25 Calvs-14.75 GOALS: - gain strength and look good - hit 315 bench/405 dead/ and 315 ATG squat -i am still bulking untill the end of the spring semester and would like to focus more on strength CURRENT LIFTS bench 235X1 dead 350x1 squat 365X1 to // CURRENT SUPPLEMENTS ON Opti-Men- 1 w/breakfast 1 w/dinner ON 100% Whey 1 scoop w/breakfast 1/2 scoop pre-work out 2 scoops PWO ON 100% Casein 1 scoop before bed BN CEE 2.5g post-workout CL Glycergrow 4 scoops pre-workout SV Anagen 4 caps ed with meals WORKOUT im workign on strength right now mostly on bench and workign on A2G squats Mon. -chest/tris Tues.- back/abs/biceps Wed.- legs Thurs.-chest /delts CARDIO 10 min of bike or tredmill 4 days a week DIET approx. 3400cals a day as I will be trying to clean bulk im in a 40/40/20 macro break down ( C/P/F ) HYDRATION at least 1 gallon of water befor workout an another .5-1gallon after SIDE NOTE: i have tried ECDY once before at a much lower dose so i dont know how this will turn out but it will be a honest review that i hope workes out the best for me and the product -i started taking 4 caps today with meals to give me one day of pre-loading of the supplement Thanks again to Scivation! |

| Day 5 April 13, 2006 Chest and Delts - had a good workout today i hurt my shoulder last week, so i am goign very light for a few workouts on it it even hurt with my light sets today Flat Bench 205X3 205X3 215X2 215X2 240X1(my partner said that he didnt help but he put his hands on the bar so i dont like to count it just to push myself) 245X1/2 NEG only Incline Bench 170X6 185X4 Fly's 40X6 50X6 Barbell Shoulder Press 95X6 95X6 Rear laterals 20X6 25X6 Roter cuff work to try to strengthen what i messed up |

| Day 8 April 16, 2006 WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 1 Weight: 173 up 0lbs - So far this week i have nothing really to report i do feel that my muscles are full all day i dont know if that is from the anagen or not. - Also i am on a balanced calorie diet right now im kind of cutting...im just eating around what i need to stay the same weight and adding a little more cardio so i dont think my weight is gonna blast up but i shure hope my strenght keeps going up. - Like i said before its just too soon to tell i hope this week i will see improvements. |

| Day 9 April 17, 2006 Chest and Tri's - It is hard to tell if my strength is increasing because of the bench program i am using, it wares me out before i can get to a weight i haven't reped before. on 3-31-06 i put up 205 for 4 reps right off the warm up so im up about 5 lbs and i bet 2 reps right off the warm up so far from that date - my starting bench was 235X1 right off the warm up, i bet im hitting 245-250 right now so thats 10lbs at least Flat Bench (trying MM2K bench press program) 3 warm up sets 185X6 195X5 195X5 210X4 ( very close to 5 reps) thats a PR but i bet i can get 6 or 7 right off a warm up Close Grip Bench 170X6 180X4 (new PR) Incline Bench 175X6 185X4 new PR Skull crushers 90X6 100X6 Dips 2 sets of 10 reps body weight only |

| Day 11 April 19, 2006 Legs -today was one of the worst workouts i had in over 15 weeks no improvments and my intensity was not there, i think it was partly because my partner wasent there an it was just one of thoes days where you dont wanna lift Squats(2-3in below //) 135X6 185X6 235X3(pure crap) Leg Press 5 plates a side X6 6 plates a side X6 7 plates a Side X5 Standing Calf Raises (plates 1-20) 6X6 7X6 8X6 Hamsring curl (plates 1-20) 12X6 13X6 14X5 Ab Work |

| Day 12 April 20, 2006 Chest and Delts - had a(n) ok day went heavy and felt good Flat Bench 3 warm up sets 215X3 215X3 230X2 230X1 (missed the 2nd) 255X0(miss but my partner said i was close only 3-5 lbs off so my strength is def up seeing as i put up 235 at the start) 255X1/2 NEG only Incline Bench 180X6 190X4 PR Fly's 45X6 50X6 DB Shoulder Press (light) 55X6 60X6 Up right rows 100X6 110X6 Rear laterals 20X6 25X6 Roter cuff work to try to strengthen what i messed up |

| Day 15 April 23, 2006 WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 2 Weight: 174 up 1lb -weight did increase and diet was almost spot on this week - well so far my strength is up a little but not enough to make me think it is the anagen i do however feel a better stamina in the gym - I have decided to up the dosage to 5 caps and see if that will make a diffrence that will cut the length of the log down 5 days making it only 40 day log so on 5 caps i will still have more then half way to go. I feel like i have a tollerance to anything i take so if i upp the dosage i may see the rusults others are seeing. |

| to sum it up so far. It most def. more muscle fullness and endurance...for strenght its hard to say esp with benchpress because im using a new workout that many respond well to. however with todays PR's and at the 5 CAP dosage and the most cardio aand lowest calorie intake i have ever had i think it is doing its thing. i would also like to add that i have not noticed doms to the extent that i used to... |

| Your weight seems similar to what mine had been during my Ecdy cycle. We both started at 173. I noticed a lot of fullness and felt harder, but weight didnt really change much. Do you feel or see yourself leaning out a bit? I felt like I leaned but maintained weight. |

| yep spot on man . i look leaner and have gained 2 lbs now im up to 175 have also uped cardio to 20min HIIT and have a slightly reduced diet. I am definatly seeing the same results that you stated |

| Day 22 April 30, 2006 WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 3 Weight: 174.5 up .5lbs -weight went up a little - strength is still going up and i was up to 20 min of HIIT cardio 4 days a week last week i can see myself leaning out and gaining strength i cant complain with that right now i think that this must be the effect of the ECDY. - a few new PR's this week so i know strength is up im gonna be maxing out at the end of the log on flat bench and hope to put up around 265lbs. *note i moved up to 5 caps last week so log will be 40days only* |

| Day 23 May 1, 2006 Chest and Tri's - strenght is up again best flat bench workout in terms of strength - the inside of my elbow joint (where the Brachioradialis sits in the middle of the joint) started to hurt today 2/3 threw my workout if any of you know what it could be please leave some. it hurts on the part of the inside of the elbow that sticks up when you flex your bicep it was also a little softer durring my workout when it started to hurt...now it is a little tighter... any info would be cool Flat Bench (trying MM2K bench press program) 3 warm up sets 205X5 205X5 220X3 220X3 225X2 235X1 Close Grip Bench 170X5 180X3 Incline Bench 195X4 205X2 Skull crushers 90X6 100X6 Dips 2 sets of 10 reps body weight only |

| Day 29 May 7, 2006 WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 4 Weight: 175 up .5lbs 2lbs total now -weight went up a little more - ECDY must be doing somthing i have reduced calories and added a lot more cardio and have kept gaining weight, i look leaner, and my strength is going up slightly - i wish they could suply enough to try it at 6+ caps a day for about 30 days because i dont respond well to alot of products and i think the more you take with anagen you will get better results |
