About me: I'm a 21 year old Finance major at Eastern Illinois University. I love working out, but I love eating even more!!! laugh.gif


Current Stats:
Age: 21

Weight: 190lbs (currently bulking)
Bodytype: ecto

Training experience: Okay, so i've been lifting seriously for about 4 years. Starting lifting for football and track in high school...got more serious when I started college.

Current Training Schedule: I use some principles I have learned from Max-OT. I currently lift Monday - Friday focusing on a major muscle group. I will post all my lifts and weights once the log starts.

Cardio Schedule: Currently doing light cardio 1-2 times per week. Usually HIIT for 20min. I love the stairstepper biggrin.gif haha

Short Term Goal: I'm currently bulking for 6-10 weeks trying to gain some mass. Would Like to get to a lean 205. Notice I say lean...summer's coming fast and no one wants to be THE fat kid. We'll see how this goes tho!

Long Term Goal: Well I just recently competed in my first competition. It was a school sponsored show at Eastern Illinois University. I won the light weight division and went on to win the overall earning the title of Mr. EIU 2006. Hopefully after a nice bulk with alot of quality gains, I hope to start training for The NPC Mid-Illinois Bodybuilding, Fitness, and Figure Championship in 2007.


Current Diet & Macros:
My current diet consists of 6 meals a day. With my bulk, I plan on getting anywhere between 3000 and 5000 calories a day over the next 6-10weeks. I get my protein from lean meats and also of course eggs and chicken! My carbs are a mixture of low GI and high GI. The high GI being consentrated post workout. (dextrose in post workout shake) I have my fats coming from olive oil, enova, and nuts. I will include a spreadsheet of my current diet once the log begins.

Current Daily Water Intake:
Trying to get 2-3 gallons a day!

Progress Pics: I hope to take pictures before I start my log and then every 2 weeks as a way to monitor my bulk and progress.

I look forward to starting my log!!!! The log is scheduled to begin Monday, (4-10-06).

okay, so i've been taking 5 caps a day now for a week. So far, I think this is a good dosage. I've noticed a few gains in the gym and I'm sure I will notice more within the next couple weeks once I get back into my strict bulk. The past weekend screwed me up a bit b/c of the traveling home and mom's food. mad.gif

On a side note, I have noticed I have been getting alot of NRB's (No reason Boners) haha...sounds weird but its something i've been experiencing since starting the Anagen. While I was home, I spent some time with my gf and had no problem getting off...not that I had any problems before. The only thing was, it seemed to happen alot faster then usual. I'll keep you guys informed... laugh.gif

So far I haven't evperienced any negative side effects. I've been using the stuff for 17days now and have nothing bad to say about it. Like I said above, I've been noticing steady gains in the gym along with my body weight. I haven't posted my diet just b/c it's been so random but for the most part its been 6 meals a day each consisting of approx. 40-60 carbs and 30-40 grams of protein. Fats coming from fish oils/ enova/ peanuts. I'm gonna try to get pics up this weekend. Camera's been broke but I hope to have my gf bring hers down this weekend. i take 5 caps a day spllit. 1 cap every meal...none w/ my 6th meal

Tmac, nice journal and progress. I think I'm going to give this stuff a whirl here in a few weeks when I start my total body workouts 3 x's per week.

Good looking pics. Great back and chest! Wheels are lagging a bit and maybe arms. You've got plenty of time till 2007 though. Keep up the good work!
