Abs are done every day. On “upper body” days I do them at the end of my workout. On “lower body” days I do them at the beginning.

Excited to see the log. You gonna be posting before and after pics? Before and after lifts?

Day 1

I started today by taking 8 caps of Lightning and 8 caps of Thunder 30 minutes prior to my workout. I took them on an "empty" stomach (I had eaten about 90 minutes prior). Today was an "Upper Body 1" day:

Bench- Normal
Hammer Curls- Normal weight, one or two less reps than normal
Seated Fly Machine- Normal
Shoulder Press Machine- Normal, one or two more reps than normal
Side DB Raise- Normal
Inner Chest Press- +5 Pounds
BB Curl- Normal
Dips- One less set than normal

Observations: I noticed a slight energy increase and a very, very slight shortness of breath. Really nothing bad, just seemed to get winded about one rep earlier than normal. With my pump, again I noticed a slight increase. What I did notice was that I had a little vascularity in my forearms, which is not normal but very welcomed. Still have it now as a write, about 4 hours after my workout.

Day 2

Day off. I was a little sore today so I decided to take a day off. I still took 8 caps of each around my normal workout time. Again I noticed a "slight" increase in heart rate and a slight shortness of breath. What I noticed more of today was the pump. It is definitely an all day pump, which I have not had from another product. I got it about 30 minutes after taking it, and it was still there when I went to bed.

Day 3

Upper Body 2:

Incline Bench +10
Shrugs Normal
Lat Raise Machine Normal
Bicep Curl Machine Normal
Lat Pull +10
Chins Normal
Rope Tri Press down +10
Incline DB Press Normal

Observations:

I had the energy increase again today but the shortness of breath and increased heart rate were gone. The pump from this product is great. It is an all day pump as I mentioned before, and it almost hurts. I especially seem to feel it in my biceps. I have not worked my legs yet but am doing so tomorrow and will note my pump then. I don't know if it is the DiArginine Malate or the Glycerol Monostearate but the pump has been great so far.

Day 4

Lower Body:
Deads +10
Decline Leg Press +10
Seated Calf Raises +10
Single Leg Extensions Normal
Hip Abductor (Inner) +15
Leg Curl Normal
Hip Abductor (Outer) +15

Observations:

Well today was my first leg workout and I was impressed. My pumps continue to be better than I have had with any other product. I am still getting the shortness of breath and increased heart rate though. I can't help but feel like I could do more if I could get this under control.

Day 5

Bench +10
Hammer Curls Normal
Seated Fly Machine Normal
Shoulder Press Machine +10
Side DB Raise Normal
Inner Chest Press +5
BB Curl +10
Dips Normal

Observations:
The pump continues to be great. It is still an all day pump, which is new for me. I increased my weight on the bench, shoulder press machine and BB curls today. All my weight increases shown above are how much they have increased since I started.

Is the heart rate still a big issue? Please be very careful with that.

Day 6

Upper Body 2:

Incline Bench +10
Shrugs +5
Lat Raise Machine +5
Bicep Curl Machine Normal
Lat Pull +10
Chins Normal
Rope Tri Press down +10
Incline DB Press Normal

Observations:

The shortness of breath was not there as much today. It seems like my body may be adjusting to whatever was causing that. I really can't say enough about the pumps on this product. I am only on day 6 and they are amazing. I am also seeing good strength increases so far also. On the program I did today I am up on 5 of the 8 lifts. I am very impressed by the product so far. I'm going to weight myself later in the week to see where I am at with that.

Day 7

Day Off

Observations:

Took 8 caps of each today at my normal workout time. The pump is a little more "down to earth" on non-workout days.

Day 8

Lower Body:

Deads +10
Decline Leg Press +10
Seated Calf Raises +10
Single Leg Extensions Normal
Hip Abductor (Inner) +15
Leg Curl Didn't do today
Hip Abductor (Outer) +15

Weight this morning: 186

Observations:

My leg workout has benefited the most from this stack so far. I am up on all my lifts except for leg curls and single leg extensions. I don't notice the pump as much in my legs as I do my upperbody. I did notice the elevated heart rate again today. My body weight is up 4 pounds, but it is pretty normal for it to fluctuate a lot. I find it better to gauge it more as an average.

Day 9

Bench +10
Hammer Curls Normal
Seated Fly Machine Normal
Shoulder Press Machine +10
Side DB Raise Normal +5
Inner Chest Press +5
BB Curl +10
Dips one extra set

Observations:

I really can't say enough about the pumps I get from this product. I'm not sure if it is the DiArginine Malate or the Glycerol Monostearate but the pumps are great. They are different from any other product I have used. Before this the best "pump" I had received was from Xpand, but these are way better and last longer. In looking at the ingredient list I can't really tell where the elevated heart rate comes from, but the frequency of it seems to be slowing down. Today it was not really an issue.

Are the pumps making it difficult to get in all your reps at all?

No, I haven't really experienced that yet. The pump in my bicep is probably close to that, but not quite there yet.

Shrugs +5

Bicep Curl Machine +5
Lat Pull +10
Chins Normal

Observations: I put 5 more punds on the bicep curl machine today and was able to get through a normal amount of reps. Good pump still. Heart rate still just a little elevated, but nothing bad.
