The new containers just list 300g per container. The amount per 1/4 teaspoon is blank. He's wondering the amount per 1/4 teaspoon. In any event, my old bottle of it listed "Flat 1/4 tsp = 440mg".

I dunno...I have an old bottle from awhile ago with 440mg listed as the 1/4 teaspoon serving. I ordered the 600g set last week and my new bottles leave the 1/4 teaspoon serving blank. blink.gif

Mike's said before that the 1/4 teaspoon serving can vary batch to batch. For B5, though, i dont see why you need to be so exact. 1/4 teaspoon is somewhere around 500mg. Even if it was off by twice that amount, and you were taking a gram, it wouldnt be harmful.

If your using it to control "sides" (acne), you'll need no less than 10 GMS/ day. Split it up and consume with each main meal...if you dont have a GM. scale, then usually a powder this light will come in at 1 GM. is equal to 1/4 tsp. (which someone already stated)

Actually, this is what is on part of the lable...

These powders are reduced down from kilo sizes. Each powder is put into a HDPE container, Heat Sealed, and labeled with dosing based off 1/4 tsp. Some items may be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture.

RESISTANCE, VOLUME, NUTRITION, , INTENSITY, CONTROL, REST...GROWTH.
