Lipoderm or Lipoderm Ultra is the best way to go. Cutting Gel is primarily diuretic, so it causes water loss where it is applied, but not fat loss, hence everything will go back to how it was before when you stop using it.

How much you need depends on area of application, and length of use.

At recommended dosing for 1 area (i.e. the mid section (abs, handles, lower back), or the thighs and ass), 1 bottle lasts about 3 weeks.

Both should work, Lipoderm-Y is the general recommendation for women I believe but either will be fine

Ab solved !

I've been using it and recommending everyone. It helped me with the most stubborn local fat that I have for decades, no kidding. But of course, you gotta do your diet n exercise
