| Yeah... you can get some shakers on the cheap at your local consumer product disount store (aka Wal-Mart). I kind of like having the fins/mixer thingies in mine. Makes it seem cool. |

| Although the last BN shaker I got is a good one. As long as the rubber seal doesn't fall out it doesn't leak. I just use it in the gym for my Xtend mixture. I can see it lasting for everyday use (oats, etc). I've had my Rubbermaid one since last July. Good as new still. Use it all the time. |

| i got one that looks the same (from GNC) with the rubber seal. Its sucks and starts to smell after while....ya gotta take it out and scrub it...then its impossible to get back in right. Sometimes if you dont screw on the top just right..it will be a protein sprayer. Best one i have used just had a screw top..i think it was from ON. cheers |

| i have 30 shakers and you know what i use? the 20oz water bottles i take to class with me, i buy the big packs of water bottles and save the empty ones... as long as you have a high quality protein it will mix pretty easily... i look at it as my own form or recycling... |
