E-Form

I am using E-Form to reduce gyno. I know there are only mixed results but I'm going to try anyways. I now have it but I don't know how to use it. Do I just spray it on the nipple that has the gyno or do I spray it all over the chest? Does it matter where I spray it? And when during the day should I spray it on? Morning, afternoon, or night? Any help with this would be great. Thanks.

Use it twice a day....12 hrs apart ...SPray it on your chest and stomach ...Wash your hands after Use and best of luck

How many sprays do I use each time? And after I spray it, do I need to rub it in or massage it in, or do I just let it sit and soak in naturally? Since I only have gyno under one nipple, should I only spray it onto that nipple/chest side, or evenly, or what?
