V12 uses tri-creatine malate and not monohydrate. Since there is no water molecule attached to the malate, there will be no subcontaneous water retention. After getting off the V12, I noticed the difference in the energy levels I had. Actually good stuff, but i'm good enough with just regular creatine.

Not for me, but I don't think my body fat levels were low enough to see it. Pumps were there by the third week though. |

i've used all of the creatine volumizers including the old V12 and all with similar results. they will give you good pumps and vascularity, but you have to have good muscles and low bf 15%< in order to see the effects. i've noticed that you need to give it at least 10 days for the pumps to kick in. i also got some strength gains and weight gains but those didn't happen till 3-4weeks down the line. So overall in addition to awesome loooking pumps in the gym, i usually gain about 4 lbs of lean muscle in 6-8weeks. good stuff, but don't expect miracles especially if you're a newbie.

Hey does anyone know if taking V-12 Turbo and Ephadrine at the same time is okay? I just started taking V-12 Turbo and I read that you shouldnt take them at the same time. Does anyone know if its okay and why or why not? Thanks!

Is okay u can take them together I don't see why not.Creatine store's energy as ATP and give's u more pump's.While ephredrine help's C-AMP cell's release more fatty acid's to be use as enegy. So I don't see why this would be a problem if there were stack together. But were did you hear about this, that you can't and why wouldn't you be able too.Does anybody else has some idea.

Combing creatine with EC stack is not good idea. I have read it on this board before. Run the search you should find the sread.

you do not want to dose E around the same time as an NO promoting product, bp interactions can happen to some

well i do know that you can not/ are supposed to not use any ephedrine product with a hemodilator ( nitrix in particular) and it has dicreatine malate (dont see the big difference besides a little molecular change) and aakg v12 turbo has 2 of the same products. so i am guessing that v12 is a hemodilator and volumizer which is essentially what nitrix does, obviously with a few different effects added. so i would say to not do it, you would probably get some results still, maybe just a little more diminished. just kind of an educated guess. someone else will probably know for sure.

The water retention is not due to the "monohydrate." Creatine mono quickly becomes creatine and a small amount of water when it enters the body. Similarly, TCM quickly becomes creatine and malic acid in the body. Any time of creatine will cause you to hold water. Which is good, it is anabolic, and one of the reasons creatine works. |

I say there's no reason why u can't mix ephedrine with creatine are NO2 product's.Does any one here know any a website are someplace were u can gather this info.Because us far as the research Ive done on this supplement's I don't see any reason why they would intefere with each other are cause anything bad when stack together.

Ephedrine is a constrictor and N.O. a "dilator"......Just with that info you can see they work against each other.

OH, I see what you mean I will do more research, but thank's for clearing that up for me.
