Sorry about missing the last post.  Split them up like you are, it is best if you can take the dicana on an empty stomach, and before bed is totally fine.

Cool thanks. I have been taking them on an empty stomach pretty much. The lunch time pill is the closest time when I eat something. Do you know how long it takes the pill to break down and absorb into the system? That way I can time my lunch meal better. I want to make sure I get the most out of it for it's effectivness.

I would say a half hour before eating or about 1 hour after eating (on a regular sized meal) would be totally fine.

Sometimes you've gotta take an off day from the gym and just rest the mind. Hopefully everything gets smoothed out for ya.

Day 13:

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing

evening- nothing yet.

Notes: Today is Sunday, my official off day. Since I have basically had the last two days off, I might do some type of playing around in the weightroom today so I don't feel as bad. However, since it's Superbowl Sunday, don't hold me to it. I might be heading down to the corner store to grab a quick brewskie or two to watch during the game. <evil laugh>

OK, now the week ending data and results:

WT: 222.8, basically +1.
BF%: Here is the interesting part. When I started, I took measurements that were about 20.5% percent. The next week the mearsurements seemed way off because it showed in at around 10-11 %. I didn't believe it so I said I would wait until this week. Now, I have taking several readings today and they have turned out varying, but still rather low. They were 13.6, 14.5, and 12.7 with an average of 13.6. Now that either tells me I either seriously screwed up in the initial readings, or something is wrong with my FastTrackII reader. I say that because in 2 basically two weeks I have dropped 6.9 % BF. I don't see how that is possible considering I don't feel as though I have dropped that in appereance, especially in my midsection. I guess we will have to see what happens next week. I also don't think I will reach my goal of 200lbs though since 1/2 the time is gone. We will just have to see what does happen. I really want my midsection to shrink.

On a good note though, I went to get my haircut yesterday and the women at my salon were going crazy about my changes. I told them I weighed about the same but they said it looked like I had put on muscle mass. I told them it was probably the shirt I was wearing. LOL

Day 14: - This is for Mondays post. I forgot to post it last night since I got home late.

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

evening- great normal workout for Mondays.

Note: Had to go to a birthday party and had a small piece of cookie and one scoop of yogurt ice-cream. I don't think it matter too much considering on how low I am eating.

Day 15: - This is for Tuesdays post. I forgot to post it last night since I got home late from work and feel asleep early.

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing

evening- light cardio all day. Not really a complete cardio session cardio but I did so much walking around and running up and down three flights of stairs all day that it was constant cardio for me. When ever I go up the stairs I sprint up them to get an extra effect. It is such an effect that I feel my heart is going to jump out of my freakin chest with my legs on fire when I get to the top. I figured I must of went up and down the stairs about 10 times today.

Note: Worked sucked again and I had to work over to get some stuff done for a pretty big project. I was mentally exhausted when I got home and feel asleep on the floor watching tv and talking to the Mrs.

Day 16:

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- intense cardio.

evening- I combined my missed workout from last night with todays workout. It was like a full body routine that really kicked my ass. Crazy thing was that I still had energy to keep going and felt like the weights were light as feathers. I knew I had to stop so I wouldn't break into overtraining.

Note: When I was working out tonight, I leaned against the squat rack supporting myself with my arms extended. I happened to look over in the mirror and noticed my triceps. They were starting to look ripped as hell and even more solid. I had to do a double take and look at the other one just to make sure. It was a pretty good feeling. The odd thing is this morning I had thought I saw something in my quads doing the same thing but dismissed it. Now that I think back on it, that was pretty cool too.

Thanks IS. It is incredibly inspiring when you get a visual.

Workouts:

morning- nothing, overslept

evening- I hurt my wrist somehow and went lighter on the weights tonight. I picked up the pace/reps and still got a great workout.

Day 18: Friday

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing, overslept-----f'n again. I swear I need a new alarm clock. One of the reasons is because I am fighting a cold and have been taking cold medicine to help sleep for the last week or so.

evening- My wrist still hurts, so I did the same type of workout with lighter weights and a faster pace. It is as if I am doing a HIIT type of lifting. I am sweating my ass off and breathing like my lungs are going to explode. That is one of the reasons I don't feel so bad about missing cardio in the mornings because I am making up for it at night.

Day 19: Saturday

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing, slept in on purpose.

evening- My right wrist still hurts, so I didn't do any weights today. Oddly, my left elbow was hurting today too. I did however do a lot of walking and carrying things in the mall today while shopping for Valentines' Day gifts. I couldn't let the pain stop me from getting gifts, because that would have brought even more pain. LOL While shopping, I pretty much had a sweat going the entre time. There were times I had to wipe the sweat off my forehead. I have a tendency to race walk all over the place, and carrying an extra 20ish pounds for that length of time will definitely work up a sweat. I was hungry and tired as heck when I finally got home.

I always speed walk around no matter where I am, I figure there is no need to be there longer than you need to be.

Would you say that the way you look now correlates to how much weight you've lost, or does it look like you've lost more weight than the scale says?

Day 20:

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing

evening- nothing.

Notes: Today is Sunday, my official off day.

Week ending data and results:

WT: 222.0, basically the same as last week.
BF%: Measurements are still all over the place so I am going off of the mirror. It does look like I have lost some BF in places even though the scale doesn't show it. I could be transferring the weight. My pants seem to b fitting looser in the waist, but not in the legs. I suppose that is because I am attacking legs a little more now that my knee is getting stronger and my legs are starting to build back up.

Note: I figured that I would have lost at least a little more considering I was eating less. Just a note, since my Mrs is doing the same diet, she hasn't lost that much either and she is doing more cardio than I am. She is even doing more HIIT training than me. I am lifting more than cardio, so this upcoming week, I will probably switch some cardio to nights instead of lifting. I figured it will be a good idea to let my wrist heal too.

Also, she wants to try a different diet to get different recipes so I talked her into waiting until when I am finished with this test before changing it. I don't want to change too many factors in the equation.

I think this supplement stack is something worthwhile but it may need to be ran at higher dosages or longer timeframes, at least for the dicana. Maybe my size has to do with it, but I haven't felt any weird sides in my throat, more than average warmth when working out, or muscle flatness that I have read from others.

Day 23: Wed

Dosages: normal.

Workouts:

morning- nothing

evening- I worked late so I had to workout at home. Wrist still hurts so I went with lower weights again and a few more reps. It was actually pretty good. I didn't go at a fast past, but rather took my time. Also combined last nights workouts with tonights. That worked out pretty well too.

Note: This is starting the last week.

Workouts:

morning- nothing

evening- I worked late AGAIN so I had to workout at home. Wrist still hurts so I went with lower weights again and a few more reps. I didn't go at a fast past, but rather took my time. I am loving the change in the workout. The only problem with working out late is that I wanted to start doing some light cardio after training. With it being so late, I don't want to get my heart racing too much.

evening- I worked really late AGAIN and just got home. Too tired to work out so I am going to bed.

Note: I wouldn't mind running this stack longer or at heavier dosages to see how well it would work for extended timeframes.
