I'm going to let this be the final post here, until I reach my goal weight of 180.
I took
Storm for 8 1/2 weeks, before realizing it was conflicting with my nutritional restrictions. I took Shock for 4 weeks (the latter 4 weeks of the
Storm intake).
I am VERY pleased with
STORM. The grape flavored stuff left no bad taste in my mouth.
After about a week of taking it, I began to feel saturated. Watery. After two weeks, that feeling turned to a solid feeling. Solid in a good way. Like a block. I felt like a block. I could tell that it was working around the same time, I noticed my strength was increasing because I was able to lift some noticably heavy bags at work. I picked up a 78 lb suitcase with one hand and put it on a cart. That's unheard of, normally, for me.
When I introduced Shock into the system, it seemed to sync with
Storm, and I started to feel those explosive bursts of strength in the gym, able to deadlift 225 in repitition (x3, don't get too excited).
Unfortunately, due to my bf%, I was unable to see any physical results. I went to see a nutritionist, and she placed me on a (yet to be named) diet, suggesting that I discontinue use of any supplements other than a multivitamin until I am in enough shape to notice physical change. OH and she said I did not cardio enough.
Currently (this is about 15 weeks from when I started), I'm at 246, almost 20 pounds from 265, which is where I was about a month ago. I can deadlift 200 regularly, and the
storm and shock are missed.
I'm using the DL as my example, because I've made the most impact there (I started at about 120). My form has improved, which has been the biggest reason for my lifting increase.
From here out, I'm going to go back to the general training journal.
Peace, everyone. OH I'll put a picture up, soon. I'm still rolly, but you won't believe how loose my pants are. The pants I'll put on used to be very
tight around the thigh area.
