About a month and a half ago, I was around 233-34 lbs with about 11% bodyfat....I missed my abs and cheekbones, so I decided to cut down a bit.
I ordered some Metaburn-XTP (trying to stay away from eph and yohimbine), playing basketball 3 days a week and cardio (HIT) twice a week and a strict diet....after 3 weeks, got down to around 225 and my stomouch and face looked very different...Well the mataburn ran out and I was ready to try out Xenedrine NRG...literally, from the first day, I felt a little bloat in the lower abs, so I upped the b-ball, and got even stricter on the diet, still though, retaining water in lower abs... THis obviously would seem like an insulin reponse, but the ingrediants really do not stack up in this regard....coming to think about it, I had the exact same reaction to VPX Meltdown Z-14....Mods, I would really like to hear your opinion in this one...maybe Xen NRG is just a crappy product ( like EFX)
