I would like to start off by saying thanks to Italionstallioni & Thermolife for giving me the opportunity to test their product.

My Stats --

Male - 28 y/o

Weight - 203lbs

BF% estimating 15%


Current Supplementaion while testing will only consist of --

ON's 100% Whey
BN's CEE
Fenugreek
BCAA's
"THERMOLIFES TRIBOSTEN"


Diet will be around 4000 cal/day
I will be looking to consume around 300-325 Protein, 500-600 Carbs, 100-125 Fat


Training is a split of
M - Chest/Tris
T - Back/Bi's
W - Off/Cardio
T - Shoulders/Abs
F - Legs
S - Rotate back to Monday
S - Off/Cardio

I began taking the Tribosten on Saturday. I knew i would be off from lifting on Sunday so i wantedto go ahead and get a jump on it and start getting it into my body.

I am beginning dosages at 2 caps x 3 times daily.

Of course i didn't notice anything over the weekend with it only being two days in which i had been consuming the product, so i am anxious to start seeing some results.

One thing i did notice was that there sure isn't many servings in a box at 2 caps x 3 times daily. I think 1 box figures up to only give you 11 days worth of servings. So, i am sure glad you sent me two boxes bro wink.gif

I know some people dose it at 1tab, 3x daily, so its totally up to you how you want to do it. Maybe start with it for a 5-7 days at 3-4 tabs and see if you notice anything, then bump it up to 6 if you want to.

Day 4 (Jan 24)

All going well so far. I do want to point out the main thing i have noticed so far is the fact that my morning erections are much harder and stronger feeling. So i would assume my Test Levels are elevating.

I had a good lift this morning. I was focused and my intune to my lift. I didn't notice any added weights to my reps yet but i am sure that will come.

So far i have not noticed any aggressions, acne or oily skin.

Day 5 (Jan25)

Had a good leg workout today. Overall strength i hadn't noticed an increase but the thing i did notice is i didn't loose any throughout the entire workout. My 4:00am morning HO was rock solid as it has been the past couple days laugh.gif

I do have a zit on the tip of my nose today and haven't had one there since High School. Still no oily skin though. So negetive side effects at all to speak of. It has not been harsh on my stomach at all.

I can't wait until this stuff gets into full swing and i start seeing some strength increases.

Day 6 (Jan 26)

Today was Back/Bi's. Had an excellent workout. Felt as strong as ever, but nothing really to report on. I haven't noticed any real changes yet.

Diet has been kept to around the 4000 cals/day mark. I will be weighing on sunday so we will see if i have added any weight gain this week. I feel good, i don't feel like i wear down, that is somehting that seems to be noticable though now that i think about it.

No real case of acne, oily skin or aggression yet either. And believe me, with the happenings at my job, i should be more than aggressive.

Day 7 (Jan 27)

I'm pretty sure we have lift off. I have no doubts that after 6 days, today upon the 7th day i noticed fairly descent strength gains. I was up 5lbs on my Overhead DB Presses today. I had a ton of energy and strength and never wore down. So, i'm not sure if it was just one of those amazing days or if the Trib has kicked in. I will know better tomorrow, when i hit Chest/Tri's.

And one thing i am not very happy about. I woke up this morning, went in the bathroom, was washing my face getting woke up and i have 4 newly fresh zits. 2 on my forhead, one on my nose and one below my bottom lip. WTF blink.gif blink.gif i haven't had zits like that since 7th grade.

And, have you had anyone report an increase in appettite while on this?

Day 10 (Jan30)

Everything is going very good. I will be weighing in today and i have a feeling i have put on a couple descent pounds. Strength overall seems to be going up and i seem to stay very motivated through the entire workout.

The acne is somewhat undesirable at 2 tabs/3x daily. Appettite seems to be up as well. I seem to always be hungry. I'm wondering if this is caused from the Tribosten of if i'm just really getting back into the swing of the 4K Calories/day. I just seem to be more hungry than before.

Looks like i will empty my first box this week, so i will be opening the second box later this week. I will report weight gain later on today after i weigh.

I asked a couple people about the food thing and it seems to be totally sporadic. Some said appetite increased, some said it actually decreased, so it seems to just be a personal thing

Day 12 (Feb 2)

Had the best lift thus far while on the Tribosten. I was up 10lbs from last weeks chest workout. Last week i repped with 225 on flat bench. This week i repped the same amount with 235. So, i was very happy.

I have been washing with one of my wifes daily fash cleanser's (Not a word) tongue.gif and it seems to have cleared the acne right up. My face is back to being it's same old ugly self. My skin has not turned oily at all. I have noticed a increase in the degree of agression i am feeling. The last couple days i have been edgy and almost in a fighting mood. This is not good when your talking to a retard on the phone who can't function his FRIGGIN mouse. mad.gif

I weighed yesterday and i am up 3lbs.
