| With the beginning of this log, do you really give two shits about what wieght i do and how many reps I do it at? My nutrition and training stay they same and will be the same throughout this log. Do you really wanna know what it is or do you just wanna know if i think the shit works or not? I'm meaning you guys the great memebers of these forums.... anyhow. Been on for one week. Doing a split and starting at 2 scoops, going to be 3 tom. Mixing it with Gatorade and drinking throughout the workout. This stuff has no taste at all, which I must admit I was scared at first. Does it mix well? Fuck no it doesnt. Doesnt bother me at all but some of you guys and gals are pussys and gag at the thought of it. Day one chest morning and legs at night day two back and shoulders day three tri's and chest day four bi's and back day five shoulders and shoulders(lacking bad) day 6 legs and forearms day 7 maybe abs Anyhow day one i noticed no difference, day two nothing, day three had a fucking awesome day, was it this? who knows. day four another good day, day five yes yes again throwing a little more wieght, day 6 was shit, i say shit i mean i had a horrible fucking workout and wanted to kill myself for it. Who knew I'd get so depressed for one bad day. 7 was off of course and 8 is technically going to start in about 8 hours. New gatorade rain too. Boy am i happy. Anyhow i figure i wouldgive what i ate today, so you atleast have an idea. I have been a bit more hungry then usual, so that shows in the extra food. meal 1 6 egg whites cup of oatmeal and some wheat toast, with butter (hate that margerine shit) washed down with some 100% whey (chocolate) (workout) Muscle milk directly after meal 2 chicken breast with bar b q sauce... mmmm tasty. with a baked potatoe meal 3 TUNA! with some noodles and salty crackas meal 4 can we say chili? not much to eat at work so double chilli for this one followed by a gnc pro crunch bar meal 5 chicken breast off the george foreman at work. (pissed off the security and mall office muscle milk again when i get home (aprx 2 hours after last meal) meal 6 potatoes with a small steak (prolly 6 oz, lets be serious here i dont fuckin wiegh everything) pm protein right b4 bedtime SLEEP! ( I know this was condensed, I have all the data from workouts if you wanna see it, i figure more important would be a week to week amount of wieght and reps. the first week doesnt mean shit really, im just getting used to it.) |

| i will now be keeping this log day by day since the effects have changed greatly in the past week. when this says causes frequent urination, it wasnt lying. i piss a lot, a whole lot. strangth has gone up a bit, when i say a bit i mean i wasnt really as tired as normal, and added a clean 5 for barbell curls, 5-10 on all tricep exercises, 10 on bench(which was weak in the firts place) and back was a hella good day, which most in my opinion was more of just an awseom week for back. squats killed me, almost literally. as for recovery. it seems to be a tad quick, will let u know defenite tomorrow since this will be updated every day for now on. size and pump.... does this effect it? or is it just in my head? anyhow regardless i did do measurements a week before after a workout. after these workouts throughout the week if im higher, i will let you know. i have to go to work unfortunatly, i will updat it later tonight |

| Well i am up to 3 scoops for my lifts... gallon and half of water... still creatine/ protein and a lot of clean foods and i have gained 4 lbs and 11 oz in two weeks..... the only plus in this is my bf% is slight lower then what it was. recovery time is fairly decent. a little better then usualy but nothing phenominal. i seem to still piss a lot, but im still thirtier then i ever have been, even when i was on vacation in the south. yea i have ropelike veins ... yea i wish. but honestly i have more then i used to, some neat new ones in the forearm area. looks like a heart actually. this seems to be more of a product that might works, you just cant tell in terms of feelings, just mirror results. like i said day by day will now be down in terms of recovery since ican compare easily from the first two weeks which were sorta loading imo. in terms of product quality.... it says it doesnt mix - it doesnt, this doesnt bother me at all, and have experimented with my favorite way to take it, in gatorade seems to be the best for me. you will urinate all the time. i mean all the time. like i pee non stop, its kinda cool tho, its always one of those releiving urines since you always have to go bad. honestly i will be serious, i htouth this product might be shit .... my workout partner actaully noticed the viens, and then i wieghed myself, same scale and same clothing type. made me smile. |

im meaning every 15-20 min for atleast 3 hours after taking this product, never urinated so much in my life... and i didnt work out today so no update |

| so the reason no post lately is i defenitly broke out in serious hives and had horrible painful vomiting that cause me to bust blood vessels in my actual eyes .... and no it wasnt because of the glycergrow going back on it in the moening so will let u know how it is after being off a few days. |

| so it has been a few days since my last post 11 to be exact. from the days it does like this chest day wasnt too tired, put up some good wieght and hit a new high on incline, which has been my main goal. my legs have felt swollen for the past few days and still sore, but then again i did a new high on squats and leg sled. back the same shoulders the same arms the same im hitting higher wieghts on all. which i was due for new highs anyhow, i have been going up in wights pretty consistantly now with as sick as i was, i mean nasty hives and i didnt move without vomiting. blood vessels still busted in my eyes from it. but i havnt lost any wieght, actually im exatly 5 lbs and 4 oz heavier and b/f is bone about 1/2 percent it seems. so all in all its working well finally im at a computer for days straight, so i will update more frequent i know i know i have said it b4, until tomorrow |

| pumps today were crazy good my bi and tri workout ended up stretching out my work shirt a little bit they are by no means huge, but still pumped, and may i say the ladies at the jewlery store next door loved it. endurance up a bit but i did have a good nights sleep, strength increase a bit, maybe because i wasnt tired, but all in all a good day |

| chest day today was rediculous im still throbbing and it was over 35 min ago its gonna be hard to wash my heai in the shower strngth - my chest has been moving steadily since trying this 50 lbs adding thing, works pretty good endurance - shit i aint tired, feelin good pump - yea my skin is stretching |

| back day was very good today as well, of course every back day is very good. Lifted heavy, and had a good work out. stamina was about average and pump today was still insane. i have also pissed 4 times in the last 45 minutes. |
