With the beginning of this log, do you really give two shits about what wieght i do and how many reps I do it at? My nutrition and training stay they same and will be the same throughout this log. Do you really wanna know what it is or do you just wanna know if i think the shit works or not? I'm meaning you guys the great memebers of these forums....
anyhow.
Been on for one week. Doing a split and starting at 2 scoops, going to be 3 tom. Mixing it with Gatorade and drinking throughout the workout. This stuff has no taste at all, which I must admit I was scared at first. Does it mix well? Fuck no it doesnt. Doesnt bother me at all but some of you guys and gals are pussys and gag at the thought of it.

chest morning and legs at night
day two
back and shoulders
day three
tri's and chest
day four
bi's and back
day five
shoulders and shoulders(lacking bad)
day 6
legs and forearms
day 7
maybe abs
Anyhow day one i noticed no difference, day two nothing, day three had a fucking awesome day, was it this? who knows. day four another good day, day five yes yes again throwing a little more wieght, day 6 was shit, i say shit i mean i had a horrible fucking workout and wanted to kill myself for it. Who knew I'd get so depressed for one bad day. 7 was off of course and 8 is technically going to start in about 8 hours. New gatorade rain too. Boy am i happy.
Anyhow i figure i wouldgive what i ate today, so you atleast have an idea. I have been a bit more hungry then usual, so that shows in the extra food.
meal 1
6 egg whites cup of oatmeal and some wheat toast, with butter (hate that margerine shit) washed down with some 100% whey (chocolate)

Muscle milk directly after
meal 2
chicken breast with bar b q
sauce... mmmm tasty. with a baked potatoe
meal 3
TUNA! with some noodles and salty crackas
meal 4
can we say chili? not much to eat at work so double chilli for this one followed by a gnc pro crunch bar
meal 5
chicken breast off the george foreman at work. (pissed off the security and mall office

) with some noodles that taste like chicken
muscle milk again when i get home (aprx 2 hours after last meal)
meal 6
potatoes with a small steak (prolly 6 oz, lets be serious here i dont fuckin wiegh everything)

SLEEP!
( I know this was condensed, I have all the data from workouts if you wanna see it, i figure more important would be a week to week amount of wieght and reps. the first week doesnt mean shit really, im just getting used to it.)
