Would these fit in the Cap_Em Quik? I noticed this brand is cheaper than the regular 00 size I buy.

No, they would not fit in a Cap-M-Quik designed for 00 or 0 caps, as these are smaller. I think you can find Cap-M-Quiks for size 1 in some places. If you take total volume into account, they are actually not as good of a deal as 00 caps (if I remember correctly). They are useful primarily if you need a smaller amount of powder per cap.
