I guess I can't complain, just kinda weird how the weight keeps dropping day by day. Last week it was flucuating a lot up and down. Now it seems to know to keep dropping. Well, I'm exactly 3 weeks out till my competition. I think I look okay but I just wanna make sure I come in as lean and dry as possible. I think the Stim X has complimented my diet nicely and I enjoy the product so far. Okay, so 1 stim now with breakfast. Think I may try a dose of 2 tomorrow morning, we'll see...  Day 13 (2-11-2006) Morning weight: 170.2 Supplements taken: SAME Multi Vitamin CL-Carnitine3 super EPA's (throughout the day) 22g Xtend (around workout) 100%Whey protein (post-workout) Casein (before bed) 9:30am Woke up and weighed myself. About the same weight as yesterday morning. Decided to change the dose for the Stim this morning. Took 2 capsule of Stim X on an empty stomach. I then went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the stairstepper. Burned 432 calories. Its getting harder to burn the cals as my weight drops. I didn't notice much of a change with the 2 capsules. I also did not experience the chills at all. Depending on how I feel before I go to the gym for weights, I might end up taking another dose. I dont know how many caps yet tho or if I even will at all. Get back to ya before the gym to let you know what I decide for the 2nd dose. 4:30pm gym time...still feeling okay, No 2nd dose today. 6:30pm Gym treated me okay. Easy day today but I def. feel like I got a workout. Stim X. No real workout today. Maybe some cardio this afternoon. 5pm Decided to do some cardio...took 1 cap of Stim X (30 min after meal 3 & 30 min before cardio) Amazing workout!!! I was SO amped the entire time. Burned 470 calories on the stairstepper for 20min. I think i'm gonna try to dose still like that before every workout. Felt soooo good today!

Looks like the weekend cardio really paid off. I'm now 168. Well, if i've learned one thing throughout the diet, it's not to worry about weight. Going back to splitting the Stim doses. 1 cap now with breakfast. 1 cap 30 minutes prior to the gym later. 5:30pm good workout Monday (back)

Got her on her way home this morning and then went for some cardio. Took a stim empty stomach 30 min. prior. Then, some HIIT for 20min on the stairstepper. Burned 466 calories again. Getting down to the last weeks of cutting. So far, Stim has done a good job getting me through the day without any kind of crash. I have however learned that the optimum dosing time for me is (30 min after eating but 20 min prior to any workout) When I do this, I seem to feel amped from when I start my workout all the way till when I leave the gym. 6:30pm Had my 2nd dose before I went to the gym. Felt pretty good throughout my workout, even tho I was running on little sleep. I had 1 stim with breakfast. Let me tell you, i wanted to go do cardio sooo bad today. Instead, I was stuck at home doing school work, laundry, and then running around town. 5pm Time for the gym. Taking one stim now. 7pm Good day at the gym i guess. My lifts have been dropping little by little each week and it just sucks. I'm losing weight and getting leaner, just wish I still had my old strength. whatever, has nothing to do with the stim. I was so tired but then I took my Stim X and was ready for the gym. Did some light stretching and some cardio. 1:30pm Just finished up with my 2nd meal. Been doing a few run throughs of the routine. So far, so good...back to the gym later after meal 3 for some traps and calves.

Took a Stim with breakfast, then off to class. Last real week in the gym. Next we I'll be lifting only 2 days and not even too heavy. Lets see if the work pays off. 9pm Didn't get into the gym till 4:30 b/c of a phone interview. Totally blew the interview too. Damnit! Well, wasn't feelin the gym today. Diets coming to an end. I guess this is expected. I'm lovin this stuff. Apparently, last night, I decided it was much more important to sleep 8 hours than to study for this math quiz. So I only studied this morning. Nothing too bad tho, was an easy quiz. Back later to report on leg day. Last one till after the comp.  7:45pm Just tryin to rest up a bit now. I'm dead!!!  Leg day was pretty good. They feel much better now tho that I have got them moving a bit. 8:40pm Didn't get into the gym till about 5:15ish or so. Awesome day tho none the less. I felt the best I have in the past 12 weeks. Pump was good and Stim really kept me goin. I really like taking in without food and 30 min. prior to working out. Having my first dose of the Stim w/breakfast. 2nd dose probly will be w/o food and 30 min prior to the gym. 3:15pm woke up early to study for nothing...pushed back till monday whatever...just finished meal #3 not too long ago....1 Stim soon and then off to the gym. Last normal workout. 7:00pm Hit the gym around 4:30ish. Another awesome day  . Good way to end the week! I'll fill you in on the lifts later when I find time. Woke up once again w/o an alarm. I must say tho, it's a good feeling getting 8+ hours of sleep. Well day 2 of carb depleting. I took 1 stim with breakfast and i plan on having another before the gym. Might add another somewhere else depending on how i feel later. Alright, time to cram before class.  5:00pm Back from classes and the gym. Eating meal #4 now. Basically all protein for the rest of the night. Gotta luv these carb depletion days!  Tomorrow's carbs are extremely low and depending how I feel, probly another carb depeletion workout. Stim kept me feeling good today so far. Was tired during my 2nd class but then I took 1 cap of STIM X and had an okay day at the gym. I'll let you know how tonight goes but I should be really busy tonight and tomorrow night with school work. COMPETITION IS THIS FRIDAY...8PM  Wish me luck!
