Hello im new to the forum.... I have been seriously working out for about 4 years and i am 19 years old now.... I just have one question, i have taken
creatine in the past and have liked the results... Instead of doing the loading phases and cycling off every month can i just throw 3 grams into my protien shake just to get the pumps i want at the gym... Since i would not be cycling off would this be bad for my body and would it just be pointless to even take it... The reason i would do this is because i hate how u loose everything once u cycle off (size and strength)... Thanx
