White Blood is said to aid in the following...

--Increase Pumps & Vascularity
--Increase Nutrient Intake during Workout Time
--Increase Protein Synthesis
--Stimulate Production of Growth Hormone
--Cell Volumization
--Regulate Free Radicals

and Green Bulge is said to aid in the following...

Now for the most important part. I've spent the past 2 weeks cutting and beginning tomorrow I will increase my calories back to similar levels prior to cutting with somewhat different food for variety.

Upon waking- 1 scoop ON whey
Meal 1- 3/4 c oatmeal, 1 c milk, 1 banana, 1 whole egg & 5 whites, 1 t flax oil
Meal 2- 3 scoops Ultra Size, 1 T heavy cream & 1 c strawberries/blueberries
Meal 3- 1.5 serving pasta/rice, 6-8 oz chicken, 1 c veggies, 1/2 c sauce, 1 t o. oil
Meal 4- 5 oz lean beef, 1 c cott chz, 1 large apple
Pre & During Workout- 3 scoops GlycerGrow, 4 scoops Xtend

Meal 5/6- 8 oz steak, 1 med sweet potato, 1 c veggies

This totals roughly 4250 calories, 360 c (35%), 455 p (45%), 95 f (20%).

I've used this stack for 3 lifting days so far and do not have much to report. 2 out of the 3 days went very well and I did have good pumps on both days, but I wouldn't say that they were above average. I had a sub-par day for the first time in a while, but you'll have that sometimes. dry.gif

I need a few more lifting days to give a good initial impression.

The last 2 days have been awesome. Great pump and strength. My chest and bis felt awesome on Friday and my back and traps felt rather swolen today.

I've added some muscle over the last week in my chest and I have a feeling my back is going to grow tonight while I'm getting some Z's. biggrin.gif My body weight increased from 176 to 177 lbs this past week.

I have never began a chest workout with the decline bench and I'm loving it. I got 265 for 7 then tossed on 275 for 5 nice and slow.

On a side note, I drank more booze last week than usual. I'm single again, so I made it a point to go out more than usual. Monday holiday, Bluejackets game and buddy's birthday were all good reasons to toss back a few.

I think I'm going to try a different dosing protocol for the GlycerGrow. I've been taking 2 scoops pre and one during mixed with my Xtend. Instead, I'm going to try 3 preworkout taken scooped directly into my mouth and swished down the a few gulps of water. Yesterday I noticed that quite a bit had stuck to the side of my shaker due to its lack of mixability.

Congrats on your gains so far ! You are off to a great start !

2-WEEK UPDATE

I've made some good progress over the past 2 weeks, but nothing phenomenal. I believe that my progress will come at a slower pace now than what I saw in the first 3 months after my show. Such a pace of gains are simply unattainable as a natural bodybuilder. I am patient and seek happiness from even the smallest improvements.

I have definitely achieved a great pump and muscle fullness during my workouts. My bodyweight is up to 178 lbs from 176 lbs in 2 weeks. I feel I've gained some thickness in my chest, back, shoulders and tris. My decline bench has improved from 265 for 6 to 275 for 6. My squat has maintained, but strength has increased on other leg exercises. My deadlift is up to 415 for 7 from 405 for 7.

I am definitely a little softer though, which is strange given the gradual weight gain. My waist is up a half inch to 31.5", which is no biggie given I'm really seeking gains. In a few weeks I'll cut for a week or so and trim up.

I'll be posting some pics tonight after I resize them at home. I need to buy a digital camera so I can take pics whenever.

Yes, I eat roughly this amount each day. I usually change my diet plan every 4 weeks or so.

My lunch varies every few days. Sometimes I do chicken teriyaki (rice, chicken and veggies) and sometimes I do pasta w/ chicken, sauce and veggies. Occassionally I do a mexican dish with chicken, whole-wheat tortillas, ff refried beans, and fajita veggie toppings. I flavor my food up now with cashews for the asian dish, parmesan for italian and cheddar chz for the mexican.

I have oranges on some days, apples on others with my beef and cott chz. Some days I use strawberries with my utlra size some days blueberries. Sometimes I have tuna instead of beef and sometimes I saute the beef with some mushrooms, onions and add some cajun seasoning and toss it in a whole wheat tortilla. I use different flavors of Evopro too.

A few times a week I do whatever I want. There is variety but I always shoot for similar types of foods to hit my caloric and macronutrient needs.

My strength and muscle gains are continuing to come along nicely! I had a great chest & bi workout late last week putting up 275 on the decline for 7 and then 285 for 4. I moved up in a few bicep lifts too. My pump was great and my chest and bi's grew a little as a result over the next few days.

I got plenty of sleep all weekend and then did back on Sunday. I pulled 425 on the deadlift for 7 and then 435 for 5! blink.gif I was amazed. I just added more weight last week and thought I was going to struggle, but I pulled it rather easily. I then added more weight on my shrugs, dumbell rows, barbell rows and rear delt lateral raises. My back and traps are feeling very tight and full today!

I'm enjoying this product stack very much.

GROWING LARGER EACH DAY! biggrin.gif

Weighed in at 180 lbs yesterday. Had a great shoulders and tricep workout too with a great pump and heavier weights lifted. I'm beginning to feel kind of big while I'm working out all pumped. biggrin.gif Not big enough though! tongue.gif I'm approaching my bodyweight max of 185 lbs, yet my waist is still 1.5 inches smaller. I'm bigger than before and still staying pretty lean.

Posted by: rich_55 Feb 10 2006, 10:39 AM
Leg day went VERY well the other day as I pushed more weight on all 5 exercises. I had been stuck on my squat for a while and I felt much stronger this week. My khakis are feeling a little tighter this week. laugh.gif laugh.gif Chest and biceps workout also went well. I handled 285 better on the decline, busting out 5 very controlled reps.

I have less than a week left of my test of the GlycerGrow/White Blood/Green Bulge stack, which has enabled me to make some good gains. I will then take off about a week for the first time since the end of October and have an appointment for some deep tissue work next Sunday. biggrin.gif

My next plan of action is to do some German Volume Training for about 5-6 weeks and then focus on bringing up my arms and calves for a while. I will continue to use this product stack during my GVT. After my week off, I will do a very short cut of a week or so to drop a few pounds.

RESULTS OF PRODUCT STACK

I received a month supply of GlycerGrow, White Blood and Green Bulge that has run out. I still have a bunch of GlycerGrow, but will buy some more White Blood and Green Bulge to use this product stack for another month or so.

PROGRESS OVER PAST MONTH

I'm pleased with the progress that I've made over the past month. I've added a little muscle all over, which is always a good thing. I have softened up a little bit, which can be expected when eating over 4000 calories. I'm still pretty cut and much leaner than before dieting for my show.

This product stack did in fact give me a very good pump and volumization. Judging from my results below, I can honestly say that the stack attributed to steady gains in muscle and strength. I will try the product stack again for another month on my own dime.

I also did not experience any adverse effects from GlycerGrow from its diuretic properties, but as always I drank plenty of water as every bodybuilder should (i.e. 1+ gallons a day).

I will post occassionally in this thread to let people know of my progress over the next month.

I have continued to use this stack with my German Volume Training and the pumps are out of this world. They are painfully numbing to the point to where they feel like they are going to explode. I am continuing to add muscle size, which is always the goal. biggrin.gif My recommendation is to keep your reps/volume somewhat higher when using this stack.

Whats up bud, I talked to you a while back when I first started my pre-competition diet. Just wanted to say thanks again! Alot has changed with my diet since then but you were a big help getting it started. Well anyways, my first comp. is Friday. Let me know if you have any last minute advise. Thanks again!

P.S. I would have loved to be a tester for this one...looks awesome!
