OVERVIEW
- I just got my supplements today and I will be starting the log on the 16th when I go back to college and have access to a full gym.

- I did take 2 scoops of glycergrow on a bi/delt day to see how i reacted to it ,and i had no upset stomach so i will use 3 on monday. I did feel i diffrent type of pump in my biceps very full feelign but not a restricting pump that hinders your ROM like some NO product pumps if that makes sense to anyone

weight: 162lbs @ 11.4%bf ( morning before breakfast)

-I will weight myself every sunday morning after i take a long piss before breakfast

ON 100% Whey 1 scoop w/breakfast 1/2 scoop pre-work out 2 scoops PWO
ON 100% Casein 1 scoop before bed

Green Bulge -5 caps 30 min before work out
White Blood -3 caps 45min before work out

im workign on strength right now and will lifting heavy in a 6-8 rep range

DIET
approx. 3200cals a day as I will be trying to clean bulk
im in a 40/40/20 macro break down ( C/P/F )

over all a very good work out. i kept almost all the strength i had when i used ephedra pre-workout. and over the last 4 weeks i couldent work out that much because i was working and did not have access to a good gym.

my chest and triceps have a nice pump. but i dont know as of yet if it is the glycergrow/whiteblood/greenbulge stack or not yet. i would also like to add that i have been a non responder to any NO products i have used before so this will be intresting

i also only got down about 3.5L of water by the time of my workout so not a whole gallon by then. and i have had 4 good meals before the workout.


my starting weight sunday morning was 162.5lbs

todays work out as i note i always try to hit 6 reps for a set as im going for strenght right now

-very good work out not my strongest lifts due to my 3 weeks off but the intensity was the best i have ever had on a back day also the pumps were very good again today esp my forarms from the deadlifts and shrugs...still dont know if it is the stack yet but the past 2 days i have had good long lasting pumps

-today i had a pump that came on very fast!
and they pump over the last few days has laster for about a hr. at least

- the pumps do feel al little diffrent than the pumps from NO alone

- my water was really lacking and i consumed it very fast befor work out to get to about a gallon other than that tho i had a good pump and intensity was there.

yes. I am at the 3 scoop dosage and there is still no upset stomach to report. I do take everythign with an empty stomach. I have a protien shake 45min before any supplementation. I was going to post this weekend about tryign out 4 scoops next week and take my weight sunday morning.

WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 1

Weight: 165 up 3lbs

most of the weight is prob all of the food in my body because i was not eating or drinking as much water as i am now. my caloric intake only allowes around 1lb - 1.5lbs a week

i would like to ass that i am taking green bulge and white vlood on off days too because they gave me a 30 day supply for a 30 day log so i will use it all in the 30 days.

i feel good and have been getting 8-9hrs of sleep all week only my legs still hurt a little but my legs always have soreness for 3-4 days after.

as for the supplemts

-i have had the best intensity in the gym that i have ever had i dont know if it is
A. new training partner
B. the fact that i have to post my numbers on the net
C. sumthing in the stack keeping me focused and want to move more weight
D. most likely all 3 of the above

-i have had nice pumps not so much crazy big pumps but they ocme on very fast and stay for at leasy 1 hr after my workout and i swear that even when i did legs some of my upper body had a pump going.

-as for the glycergrow alone as i stated on my first dose i took by itself the pump you can feel is diffrent form the pump caused by NO (hard to explain)


-thus far i have been drinking 3 scoops w/ 16oz gatoraid over a 30 min period pre-workout. this week i will take 4 scoops the rec. max dose and drink pre-workout.

ok ill try... ya know ho wwhen you work out high rep and really feel that thightness when you flex your muscles.... ya know the kind where you cant complete your full ROM well the pump from glycer grow isnt like that you feel a fullnessbut no decrease in ROM and its not such a tight pump but your muscles fill up to full size so hard to discribe thats the best i could do brad.

- Well the pump i was just wondering how big it was so i measured. cold before the workout i was 14.75 or a little under after the workout i was a little oer 15.25 so a .5 in pump is nice.

- had little time today due to class and work load today but on deadlifts weight felt better and had good intensity even tho it was a short 45min workout.


-very good work out not my strongest lifts due to my 3 weeks off but the intensity was the best i have ever had on a back day also the pumps were very good again today esp my forarms from the deadlifts and shrugs...still dont know if it is the stack yet but the past 2 days i have had good long lasting pumps

I am looking at giving this product a try but I hated white blood I wish I could of got my money back for that product, but you know how you can't get money back on supps., so I hope it doesn't suck like that product. I like the fact that you get 120 servings which is awesome. Another thing that bothers me is I like to drink my pre-workout shake and workout! no bs...... I don't want to have to drink this stuff when I workout!


I am very picking on my supps. and do alot of research so I will post a full honest review of this product if I get it! I am a hardcore lifter and want to see how much intensity this product keeps bringing to your workouts so i'll stay tuned! I may or may not get it depending on some factors!

-wow all i can say is pump.... today i took 4 scoops of the glycer grow straight into my mouth (1 scoop every 5 min) 30 min pre-workout with MDX by mt dew (just as cheep as gatoraid on campus)


after the 100lbs for 6 reps my arms and forarms were so pumped it almost hurt i have never had a pump like this and never felt a pump in my forarms my whole arm was full and hard..erect if you will... it was nuts

- also had 1 full gallon down before workout

well its the first time i tried that but if you mix 4 scoops with 32 oz of somthign its nto bad if you can take the feeling of swallowing sand its quick and not to bad you will have to try both but i don thtink i mind it

- had a good pump in the outside of my quads never had that before i think this combo stack took about 10 days to kick in and i have been taking the greenbulg and white blood on off days too. but i can feel a difrence in pumps now. never have before with any type of "pump"product. would be awesome to try a full 8 weeks of this whole stack i bet the results would be more noticable.

Weight: 166.5 up 1.5lbs and 4.5lbs from the start.

this week was really good i could tell that the products are working because i cold feel a pump in my forarms and legs, I never have felt a pump there before.

strength was up a bit this week and weight gain was more controlled. saturday and sunday it is hard to eat as good as i do at school because my parents try to take me out to dinner or my girlfriends house dosent have healthy foods so almost all 3 are off days on my diet. but monday threw friday are perfect.

this week i will be taking 4 scoops directy into my mouth 1 scoop every 5-6 min starting 30 min pre workout. this method worked best last week so far so i will give it a try all week.

next week i will be taking 2 scoops pre and then 2 scoops over my workout time.

controled labs was so nice they are seending me another 4 week supply of whiteblood and greenbulg to keep trying the stack for 8 weeks and posting a more long term review

-Vascularity was amazing today i have never seen so many veins when incline curling even when i was leaner at 10.2%bodyfat (using skin fold calipers)

- once again pump was crazy esp. in the forarms damn!

- with the above 2 facts i know this stack does work for crazy pumps esp if you have at least 1 gallon in you before your workout every day and on off days.

well i have never had pumps like these and since takign the supplements for over 2 weeks. pumps are much fuller and getting a whole gallon down before workout with 4 scoops seems to be directly correlated. however, i am taking whiteblood and greenbulge too, so i can't pinpoint what is really the most pump inducing product, but this stack def works!

i know thats the only bad part. but i can say that i have been a non responder to normal dosing of NO products so somthign is workign here i just cant say which one or maybe if i did one as a stand alone neither would work. it might be havign a synergistic effect taking both. I also take greenbulge and whiteblood on offdays to to keep the bloodlevels up and i never have done that befor with a pump product mostly because of cost.

this week i could tell that the strength was there i just wanted to keep puting more weight on my sets

im going to stick with this method of taking glycergrow because it is working the best. 1 scoop every 5 min starting 25min before workout until i get 4 scoops down.

next week i will give a half way log and post all numbers and new measurements i have the ones from when i started just never posted them. but the pictures got errased cuz i had to format my memory stick for somereason because it got an error on it i will take pic's this upcoming weekend and at the end.

- my strength is tapering off. i think it might be working out this heavy...the 6reps and under for 4 weeks, so the next 4 weeks will be changed to 10rep

Bench-----was 220 now 235approx (up 15lbs)
Dead------was 300 now 300approx (because of grip strength need wraps)
Squat-----was 290 now 350??? (Never maxed but got 315X3 on last set)

- over all over the last 4 weeks my intensity was way up strenght has come on in every lift and i can see my self getting bigger in the mirror and the scale.
- Best pumps i have ever had.
- this stack works IMO no doubt.
- can't wait to see more results.

yeah i have to say i have never had results liek this esp. in my legs my legs have always lacked and i hated to train them but i have been so focused to just keep pushing more weight

For sure...Better squats all around...Better form (completely parallel), more weight, sets are very intense and explosive...

Maybe the larger the muscle the more it helps??

yeah must be..... when i tried gakic (for free) i noticed it in my legs as well .....gakic's first ingredent is glycerin....

do you feel bigger pumps in your legs then ever? because before using this stack i never have felt a pump in my legs. my pump is like real tight after squats when i walk right around my knee

wow well about 14 days into using all 3 in the stack after 5 min on the bike for cardio then 4 sets of squats i have a insane pump in my legs and i have never ever felt one before

Ive never stopped to think about it either though...Maybe Ive always gotten a pump and just dont notice it. Maybe its harder to notice with my higher BF too...

4 scoops in my preworkout drink (lately its been five though).

I had some fucking massive pumps today (bi and tri day) drinking a gallon over a period of two hours before my workout. Mine dont stay with me long though sad.gif

i think the lenght of the pumps staying was from the whiteblood and green bulge because they are starting not to last as long... i think my body is getting used to it. and yea arm days are the best the pumps are crazy even in my forarms it even hurts a little.

WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 5


Weight: 168.5 up 1.5lbs 6.5lbs total now



Well today is my 19th Birthday my last year as a teen and 1 year closer to the real world....

this week was good in the gym no real new numbers yet because i switched up my workout to a 10 rep set workout

howerver, my legs they are still getting stronger last week i did the same weight all the way threw my squats for 6 reps and this week i did all of them for 10 reps. I also got 1 rep better on my final se of 315 moving form 3 reps to 4.

I can say now that glycergrow works wonders for your legs it might be because is is such a large muscle group but i recommend that you give it a try because i now like to train legs and used to hate it.

the weight gain of 1.5lbs was due to cheating this week because of friends taking me out to eat for my birth day and taking my girlfriend out for v-day and i was still consummign my normal intake of 3100-3400cals because i cant waste meals at school becasue if i dont use them they are gone each week.

no problem, i have had the most solid gains on this stack then any other before and you can quote me on that.. even my nitrotech-pumptech- celltech stack i used a year back when i could get 8weeks of the whole stack for 200$ thats not to bad for all of that from muscletech. but you can quote me on the. controled labs is for sure the best stack i have used so far and as of now will be used for my next bulk

another good week in the gym numbers keep going up an just about everything esp my mojor lifts.

i took my bodyfat again (usign 7 site Skin fold calipers) and it is 12.6%Bf so thats up about 1.2%Bf form the start, so my final goal is to be about 175lbs under 13%Bf and then cut down to 10%Bf at approx 170lbs.

i would also like to say that durring week 8 (this is week 7 comming up) i will return to the original work out to compare numbers and see the real results reps for reps or lbs for lbs in the same exersises.

well my best i did at the start was 245X3 so im about 100lbs up on my max i would guess and im also up 1.5 in on my quad measurment from 22.5 to 24in
i guess thats not bad for 8 weeks.

how long have you been taking it now 3 weeks?

-as an update of the products PUMPS WERE VERY GOOD ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND INTINSITY WAS WAY UP FOR ALL 8 WEEKS...LEGS GOT ALOT OF OF THIS STACK IMO THE BIGGER THE MUSCLE THE BETTER IT WORKED
NEXT WEEK WILL REALLY SHOW THE RESULTS AFTER TAKING THIS WEEK OFF...
