well my best i did at the start was 245X3 so im about 100lbs up on my max i would guess and im also up 1.5 in on my quad measurment from 22.5 to 24in
i guess thats not bad for 8 weeks.

how long have you been taking it now 3 weeks?

thank you very much! and i have been waiting for anyinfor pn purple wrath... i cant wait to see what it is because i am very pleased with the 3 products i tested so far. I am taking this week off for spring break to rest and eat then i will hit the gym again and post all my last numbers and give my last overall review

Day 56 March 12, 2006
WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 8

Weight: 171 up .5 lbs 9lbs total now in 8 weeks

- i will be taking this next week off to rest and recover and when i go back to school on March 20th i will post my final measurments and stats that following weekend

-as an update of the products PUMPS WERE VERY GOOD ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND INTINSITY WAS WAY UP FOR ALL 8 WEEKS...LEGS GOT ALOT OF OF THIS STACK IMO THE BIGGER THE MUSCLE THE BETTER IT WORKED
NEXT WEEK WILL REALLY SHOW THE RESULTS AFTER TAKING THIS WEEK OFF...

- i must say this has been the most successfull stack i have taken. will def. be doing a log with PW,GB,WB,GG sometime to see if i can do any better in 8 weeks

Bench-----was 220 now 240approx (up 20lbs)
Dead------was 300 now 350approx (up 50lbs)
Squat-----was 290 now 365approx(up 75lbs...i know i can get at least 20lbs more)

- over all over the last 8 weeks my intensity was way up strenght has come
on in every lift and i can see my self getting bigger in the mirror and the scale.
- Best pumps i have ever had.
- this stack works IMO no doubt.
- can't wait to see more results.
- reccomend to anyone for legs
- GlycerGrow is now a staple to my training!
