Weight: 168.5 up 1.5lbs 6.5lbs total nowWell today is my 19th Birthday my last year as a teen and 1 year closer to the real world....
this week was good in the gym no real new numbers yet because i switched up my workout to a 10 rep set workout
howerver, my legs they are still getting stronger last week i did the same weight all the way threw my squats for 6 reps and this week i did all of them for 10 reps. I also got 1 rep better on my final se of 315 moving form 3 reps to 4.
I can say now that
glycergrow works wonders for your legs it might be because is is such a large muscle group but i recommend that you give it a try because i now like to train legs and used to hate it.
the weight gain of 1.5lbs was due to cheating this week because of friends taking me out to eat for my birth day and taking my girlfriend out for v-day and i was still consummign my normal intake of 3100-3400cals because i cant waste meals at school becasue if i dont use them they are gone each week.
