Legs- had a good pump in the outside of my quads never had that before i think this combo stack took about 10 days to kick in and i have been taking the greenbulg and
white blood on off days too. but i can feel a difrence in pumps now. never have before with any type of "pump"product. would be awesome to try a full 8 weeks of this whole stack i bet the results would be more noticable.
