Day 1 01-10-06
Weight 220 after dinner (subtract 5?)

Start of GlycerGrow Controlled Labs

Box Squats 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 285x3 (hard), 245x3, 225x3x3x3 (didnt wanna stop lol) (All PRs since boxsquats are new to me)

deadlifts 135x5, 225x5, 315x4, 365x1 (PR), 385x.5

leg curl 3x7, 8x7, 11x7x7, 12x5.5(PR)

WG pulldown 110x7, 130x7, 140x7, 150x6.5 (PR) dont usually do these

Standing DB curl 40x7, 50x5, 45x7 (all very hard)

-start of Gylcergrow cell burst formula today... only thing diff in my workout nutrition and i didnt feel diff but i had tons of energy and didnt wanan stop doing box squats and kept pushing deadlifts... do i give the credit to glycergrow no... just had good energy today... no extra pumps were felt or anything different
-taking glycergrow i did 3scoops first day and it didnt have any taste so i was really happy... it was clunky and didnt dissolve as mentioned on the container as expected... but due to it having no taste i was able to chug it down easy which is a really good thing...i dont know exactly what to expect from taking this product but as mentioned no huge diff in terms of how i felt just had a great amount of energy and will power to keep going today as i wanted to hit all my maxes

Bentova Readdelt DB flye 20x15, 25x10x10, 15x10

Inc DB bench 55x10, 85x10, 95x5x3+1

Standing bentova cable flye 20x10, 40x?, 50x?

Bentova Barbell row 135x10x10x10 (body was taxed felt good nice burning)

-well for some reason my biceps looked huge and body felt nice and pumped.... could be it Gylcergrow who knows... it was a diff pump then a workout pump per say.... they were just full just looked full almost puffy sorta in a good way but not hard as rocks just did 100rep db curls on my arms pump... anyway it was cool felt some good size hours after my workout as i type this i feel normal

-overall a good workout but my muscles just seemed to feel alittle weak today... not hurting but just like weak...

-not sure what it was but omg my body felt huge today... super pumped up like inflated sorta feeling but not totalyl a muscle pump feeling exactly... but yea i filled out my shirt like i never have before it felt and looked great
-took glycergrow 3scoops into my mouth gulped with water one scoop at a time for now

flatdb alt1arms 50x10, 60x10, 65x4 (held the weights overhead then did reps one arm then other while holding weight of offhand above head with legs in the air... great workout substutite from bodyball)

side lat 15x10, 20x10, 25x10, 30x10 (hard)

underhand seat row mach 110x5, 120x5, 140x5

-ok well lets just say i felt and looked huge... PRs on my inc db presses by a few reps this came out of no where... last inc db workout i did 80x10x7 90x5.5... and blamo this was next.. anyways that felt great... gym only goes to 100s soo soon hopefully be doing sets of 10 reps

-everything else felt fine... current weight holding around 220 somehow tongue.gif

-another good workout... felt strong and pumped all workout.. didnt get tired and just kept on going had a spotter whihc was nice my buddy from college came down to visit... another day and another PR on inc db 100x10... best before was 100x8... slowly maxing out my gym idk whta to do after 100s cuz thats the biggest ones we got

Day 12

inc db 100x6x6x9x7 (i was going for more reps overall compared to last workout)

inc cg bench 135x10x10x9 (not easy)

DB shoulder presses 55x7x8x7 (pissed at how weak they were)

hammer chins 10x9x4

bar pushdowns 3 sets all out no idea what numbers

-good working... i wanted to get max reps with 100lbs inc bench so i went for strength and form and 4 sets as u could see i tried harder on set 3 knowing on 4 i would be spent

-first time doing shoulder dumbs in like over a month.. felt soo weak and sad... but my bad shoulder didnt really bother me so thats good

feeling like crap all day i prepare for the gym

deadlift 225x3, 315x3, 405x1 (oldPR), 415x1(NEW PR!), 225x10 warmdown

benchgoodmornings 10degrees 135x5, 225x5x5(hard as hell)

bentova rows 135x10, 225x3x3 (lost all strength not happy)

1arm cable curls 30x3sets max reps

ezcurl standing 85x10w, 10c, 10w (wide, close)

-good workout felt super pumped but first time doing bentova rows heavy for a while and it showed as i recall doing 10reps as my best at 225.. oowell another PR on the deadlift i might have been able to go heavier as 415 was easier then 405 tonight but didnt wanna push it... 2.5 or 5lbs per week is good enuff !

overall a great workout... sure u see 3 PRs... but they are all new exercises to me or ones i have not done in a very long time... but they are still PRs... its a great feeling PRing almost everyworkout... i train hard... and i love it... i always feel huge and pumped up working out full of confidence which helps a lot... not the tanktop confidence but the feeling of knowing that i feel powerfull and want to do my best every rep and every set and keep on going... its a real strugle to limit my workouts since im following someone elses workout plan... goodworkout.. peace

-went into the working not feeling so great... didnt get much sleep... but that usually never bothers me anyway.. so started with power movements... my body felt pumped and rdy to go after my warmup... legs were fulling nice and full.. and the squats went great.. doing about 50percent of my 1maxrep untill i got to deads... 405 felt heavy and i was pissed... since 415 was my best so far till today... so i went to 420.. and got it... said lets go again 425 bingo.. new pr.. very happy just about entire gym watched tongue.gif... this made me happy and concluded a great workout

-did a mile warmup beforehand... finished with 15mins on step machine... trying to shed some bodyweight

-went into it rushed... i was soo swollen pumped up i felt like a machine.. my tshirts keep getting tighter and tighter its a great feeling and look... no PRs today but i tied 2 which makes it really close.. otherwise a good workout... looking foward to fridays deadlifts to break a new PR hopefully

-tried for new best on deadlifts but after those failed attempts my back was completly shot... however i still nailed the seated gms.. my back is pretty banged up hope its just tense from the attempts and ill wakeup tomm feeling better

-well overall great workouts but something to complain about... they both started off great... however my energy died down really fast.... on both workouts... and i was crawling to finish them... on day 26 once i got to arms some energy and power came back into my body.. but day 25 i was just dead weight

-man doing high reps like 20 is insane... i dont think ive ever done thatmuch with squats before or deadlifts ever... im proud i did it at a light 135.... my first time going that high in reps hopefully i can push a few lbs heavier next round whenever that is

-overall great workout... took 4 scoops glycergrow and id hope to think it might have helped... my chest felt normal but my front delts were superpumped and my arms were soo freaking big and pumped it was scary... i filledout my shirt and then some... felt and looked great.. and another PR to add to the books 100x13 reps on inc db which is +2 on last best i believe !!

-overall good workout... plenty of energy and momentum but i def noticed last of pumps compared to normal...

-boxsquats were heavy but i did my best and i think 315 is my best for boxsquats but not sure what my so called record best is

-sumodeads are a new movement for me... so once i hit 315 i was like hell yea lets go for more... i hit 365 and went for more... 405x couldnt, went again and got it but it was hard... still im shocked and or very happy that my sumodeads hit my normal deadspr of a few weeks ago which is good

-overall good workout.. 4 scoops glycer before workout diet was alittle weak but didnt seem to stop me... had plenty of energy... pumps weren't as big as in the past

-got several new records.... most reps at a certain weight not so much heaviest weight

-great workout did everything with best form i could esp those bbrows... first time going heavier then 85s on flat db alt i think and did pretty well i believe the better part is now i got some good numbers to beat next workout

-felt pretty good. pumped but not super pumped.. energy was consistent but not mind blowing.. either way nailed the chest movements

-goodworkout the deadlift routine rocked me... seated rows getting back into them.. was able to pump out a few more reps and set a few new bests
-ez curls were fun.. tried for 175 didnt go.. so wight some body english did 145x4

Day 31 glycergrow

-another good workout... decbench smith with bar felt strange... so i stopped... but im happy to do 185x10 which means i still got strength in that movement went to db alt reps and got apersonal best so that was good
-ovahead db xt was able to max out on reps dont recall ever getting over 10 and i improved it on set 2 then set 3 died

ok so using glycergrow for the past 33workouts this is what i have to say about it. first, i started it with a hurt shoulder and didnt really know how well i could perform so first 1-2 weeks were slow but showed good signs that the shoulder would not be a limiting factor... second, taking glycergrow can be an extreme pain in tush ill be honest at that... those scoops are just annoying to throw down in ur mouth and follow with water but hey it worked and if i was able to do it anyone can do it.

-taking glycergrow along with an improved diet def helped me get back to my top strength and then a lot more which was great and amazing at the speed at which i increased or at least felt i increased... whenever i workout i usually feel huge, pumped, tons of energy, etc all those great good things associated with working out and taking glycergrow i think def added those feelings...

-i felt more pumped and wider then normal or ever... my weight has not changed really as i am still in the 210-215 ballpark with some extra body weight on... veins and stuff assocaited with pumps i dont have to much to comment on... as mentioned i am the most overweight ive been and my veins arent jumping out like they used to when i was younger and playing sports

-but glycergrow helped my feel superpumped.... not in the muscles are soo full they hurt feeling but just in the muscles are soo full and rdy to go feeling... not sure if u can comprehend that or not thats the best way i can explain it... either way... after the first 7-15days of workouts i hit my normal bests and surpassed them... going as far to double workouts like the inc bench dbs going from like 100x5 reps to 100x10 reps as a norm thats just one example... my leg workouts also have improved a great deal.. not so much in howmuch weight im doing but in form and control... being able to handle the weight that used to make me shake... thus i have improved my core a great deal

-deadlifts have improved a great deal... my old best i think was 345 or 365 and now its up to 415 or 425 i forgot... but it shall hopefully keep going up

-is it glycergrow to give credit to all my workouts and improvements... surely not this one supplement did all that... or did it.. i dont know... but for a very reasonable price and a time frame of what 100 servings this is something that just might help boost everyones workout where its needed... and help you reach ur goal and pass it without looking back as i have done with a hurt shoulder.... still on day 33 so 33days of workouts not 1month 1-3days i am just getting back into using a barbell on some exercises and finally did some benching barbell along with military barbell movements

anyways ill shuushupnow.. i hope my summary was decent and able to comprehend... i still have glycergrow left and will continue of course to use it
