 Day 72 no glycergrow (collarbone almost normal) PF cinnulin PF day unknown weight around 197ish deadlifts 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x3 (used no straps worked on grip str) speeddeads 135x20x10 deadlifts 5ft apart 135x10x15 sumo SLDL 135x10x10 hamraises 15reps, 10reps, 10reps overhead cable curls (2arms) 20x20, 30x20 (1arm routine) 40x15-30x10-20x10, 50x10-40x10-30x10-20x10-10x10 (1arm still) 20x10-40x15-60x5 all those were drop sets really felt the burn seated arm curl machine 20x20x2more sets -not feeling any diff only got 3 hours sleep last night, my weight keeps dropping without that much of a change in my diet for the worse that is -im scared im losing muscle but i am looking more cut and can see the outline of my top abs again... a few more days or 1-2weeks and i should be close to ripped up and will inclued pics prob when i finish Cinn PF -i then plan on buying some nice creatine/agr blend products to really feel those pumps along with the various benefits of creatine since i have been off it for some time now
