 Day 48 Glycergrow Cont.. no impressive records or nothing following a routine dec bench 180x10, 230x10, 240x7.5 (some weird machine overhead) should mil press machine 110x5x5x5 inc alt db 90x6, 80x6, 70x6, 50x9 incline tate 35x10, 30x10x10 rope pushdown 50x15, 70x10, 100x8, 30x20 wg pullups 5x4x6 (6closergrip, others super wide) ovahead tri 1arm 20x10, 30x10, 40x7 (last 2 on 7 helped with other arm) -decent workout overall... super pumped veins popping and felt good... just felt weak and did it at a fancy gym.. so all diff weights and machines not too pleased but felt good at least

 Day 49 Glycergrow Cont deadlifts 135x5, 225x3, 315x1, 405x1, 435x0, Sumo275x5x5x5, normal 225x13 seated gms 135x10, 225x4x2 hammer chins 5, +10x3, +25x3, +35x3, normal 8x4 db hammer curls 60x6, 80x6, 30x30ish db hammer 1arm 25x20x15x10 -super sweaty workout as normal, veins seemed normal didnt really work arms much so no huge pump there -deadlifts are pissing me off i think im off form or something since i was doing great Pring weekly another 5 or 10lbs and now 405 is super hard and my max 430 is just not possbile it seems -finished with like a total of 45mins cardio jogging and bike, did some stretching core movements and worked on my planche thingy i think thats what its called
