thanks.. and sure ok so using glycergrow for the past 33workouts this is what i have to say about it. first, i started it with a hurt shoulder and didnt really know how well i could perform so first 1-2 weeks were slow but showed good signs that the shoulder would not be a limiting factor... second, taking glycergrow can be an extreme pain in tush ill be honest at that... those scoops are just annoying to throw down in ur mouth and follow with water but hey it worked and if i was able to do it anyone can do it. -taking glycergrow along with an improved diet def helped me get back to my top strength and then a lot more which was great and amazing at the speed at which i increased or at least felt i increased... whenever i workout i usually feel huge, pumped, tons of energy, etc all those great good things associated with working out and taking glycergrow i think def added those feelings... -i felt more pumped and wider then normal or ever... my weight has not changed really as i am still in the 210-215 ballpark with some extra body weight on... veins and stuff assocaited with pumps i dont have to much to comment on... as mentioned i am the most overweight ive been and my veins arent jumping out like they used to when i was younger and playing sports -but glycergrow helped my feel superpumped.... not in the muscles are soo full they hurt feeling but just in the muscles are soo full and rdy to go feeling... not sure if u can comprehend that or not thats the best way i can explain it... either way... after the first 7-15days of workouts i hit my normal bests and surpassed them... going as far to double workouts like the inc bench dbs going from like 100x5 reps to 100x10 reps as a norm thats just one example... my leg workouts also have improved a great deal.. not so much in howmuch weight im doing but in form and control... being able to handle the weight that used to make me shake... thus i have improved my core a great deal -deadlifts have improved a great deal... my old best i think was 345 or 365 and now its up to 415 or 425 i forgot... but it shall hopefully keep going up -is it glycergrow to give credit to all my workouts and improvements... surely not this one supplement did all that... or did it.. i dont know... but for a very reasonable price and a time frame of what 100 servings this is something that just might help boost everyones workout where its needed... and help you reach ur goal and pass it without looking back as i have done with a hurt shoulder.... still on day 33 so 33days of workouts not 1month 1-3days i am just getting back into using a barbell on some exercises and finally did some benching barbell along with military barbell movements anyways ill shuushupnow.. i hope my summary was decent and able to comprehend... i still have glycergrow left and will continue of course to use it -nycste

 no glycergrow today.. taking a few days off see if i feel diff inc bench press bb 135x4, 225x2x3+1, 185x7 (225 heaviest ive ever gone felt good) cg bench rev grip 95x10, 135x10, 185x7x8 db rows 100x10x10x10 (did these with knee not on bench much much harder) bottomcableflye upwards 4sets w topcableflye normal 4sets pec fyle mach 4 sets -also superset some bi tri workouts with the cableflyes till burn set in i felt the last 2 workout days were to easy on my arms so i kicked it up a notch -overall good workout.. incbench still scares me alittle but i pushed out 225 for a few reps and i feel that is the weight that seperates those who can bench and those who cant.. now just to improve on that and try flat again havent flat benched in like 4 months -and those db rows all i did was leanover with my hand as support on a bench and legs on ground much harder compaired to the normal leaning over a bench with one knee up and one leg down.. felt good to work harder !
