 day 21 on GlycerGrowdecline bench db 55x10, 75x7, 100x8x4 (PR) flat db alt bench 75x10, 85x7x4 (PR i think) overheaddb xt 75x5, 100x6x5x5 seated pec machine 200x12x10x8 underhand cg pulldowns 100x5, 120x8, 140x8, 160x6 (PR) these are new to me overall a great workout... sure u see 3 PRs... but they are all new exercises to me or ones i have not done in a very long time... but they are still PRs... its a great feeling PRing almost everyworkout... i train hard... and i love it... i always feel huge and pumped up working out full of confidence which helps a lot... not the tanktop confidence but the feeling of knowing that i feel powerfull and want to do my best every rep and every set and keep on going... its a real strugle to limit my workouts since im following someone elses workout plan... goodworkout.. peace

 day 22 on GlycerGrowbox squat 185x2x2x2x2x2x2 squat 185x10x10 speed deads 185x5x5, 205x5x5 deads 225x1, 315x1, 405x1, 420x1(PR), 425x1(PR) standing db curls 45x8, 55x5, 50x6, 25x14 -went into the working not feeling so great... didnt get much sleep... but that usually never bothers me anyway.. so started with power movements... my body felt pumped and rdy to go after my warmup... legs were fulling nice and full.. and the squats went great.. doing about 50percent of my 1maxrep untill i got to deads... 405 felt heavy and i was pissed... since 415 was my best so far till today... so i went to 420.. and got it... said lets go again 425 bingo.. new pr.. very happy just about entire gym watched tongue.gif... this made me happy and concluded a great workout -did a mile warmup beforehand... finished with 15mins on step machine... trying to shed some bodyweight

 day 23 on GlycerGrowmill db press 65x10 (PR maybe), 80x4x4 dec db 50x5, 100x8x7 hammerchins 9x6x3 ovahead rope xt 3 sets pushdowns 40x10, 50x10, 60x10 (latpull machine much heavier then other) rear delt bentova 10x10, 15x10, 20x10 -went into it rushed... i was soo swollen pumped up i felt like a machine.. my tshirts keep getting tighter and tighter its a great feeling and look... no PRs today but i tied 2 which makes it really close.. otherwise a good workout... looking foward to fridays deadlifts to break a new PR hopefully

 day 24 on GlycerGrow-started off not the best of days but here we go deadlift 135x5, 225x2, 315x2, 405x1 (heavy), 440x0,x0, 430x0 (failed) seated olympic gms 95x10, 135x10x10, 225x6 (PR) underhand cg rows 60x10, 120x5, 160x8x8 ezcurls standing 85x10c, 10w, 9c -tried for new best on deadlifts but after those failed attempts my back was completly shot... however i still nailed the seated gms.. my back is pretty banged up hope its just tense from the attempts and ill wakeup tomm feeling better

 Day 25 glycergrowseated sh db 30x10, 50x5, 65x10, 75x5, 50x15 ovahead db xt 40x10, 60x5, 90x14x10x11 flat db alt 60x13, 50x14, 45x19 (allburned felt great) underhand cg pulldown 70x10, 160x8, 170x8(PR), 180x4+1 (PR) flat db flye 25x20, 30x15, 35x10 side laterials 25x10x10x10 shrugs 135x10, 225x10, 315x few x holds, 405x hold xhold, 225x10x10 ___________________________________________________________ Day 26 glycergrowwide squats 135x19x19x20 (hardest ever omg) sumodeads 135x20x20x20 (was nearly crying so hard) leg press 195x20, 285x20, 375x?? stand db curls 25x20, 30x20(PB), 35x17 (PB) -well overall great workouts but something to complain about... they both started off great... however my energy died down really fast.... on both workouts... and i was crawling to finish them... on day 26 once i got to arms some energy and power came back into my body.. but day 25 i was just dead weight -man doing high reps like 20 is insane... i dont think ive ever done thatmuch with squats before or deadlifts ever... im proud i did it at a light 135.... my first time going that high in reps hopefully i can push a few lbs heavier next round whenever that is

 Day 27 glycergrowinc bench 100x13(PR), 8+1, 3+1 dec bench 100x5, 90x7, 80x13.5 wide pullups 8x5x3 ovahead rope xt 35x15, 45x15, 55x10 (strange weight machine) pushdowns single 15x15xmaxout (again strange weight machine) reardelt 4 sets allout till it burned -overall great workout... took 4 scoops glycergrow and id hope to think it might have helped... my chest felt normal but my front delts were superpumped and my arms were soo freaking big and pumped it was scary... i filledout my shirt and then some... felt and looked great.. and another PR to add to the books 100x13 reps on inc db which is +2 on last best i believe !!

 no glycergrow today boxsquats (maxeffort) 225x2, 275x2, 315x2 sumodeads (maxeffort) 185x5, 225x3, 315x1 (PR), wraps 365x1 (PR), 405x0x1 (PR) underhandcg seatedrows 40x20, 50x25, 70x25, 90x25 ezcurls sitting 55x20c, 60x28w, standing 20c -overall good workout... plenty of energy and momentum but i def noticed last of pumps compared to normal... -boxsquats were heavy but i did my best and i think 315 is my best for boxsquats but not sure what my so called record best is -sumodeads are a new movement for me... so once i hit 315 i was like hell yea lets go for more... i hit 365 and went for more... 405x couldnt, went again and got it but it was hard... still im shocked and or very happy that my sumodeads hit my normal deadspr of a few weeks ago which is good
