 Day 1 01-10-06 Weight 220 after dinner (subtract 5?) Bentova Readdelt DB flye 20x15, 25x10x10, 15x10
Inc DB bench 55x10, 85x10, 95x5x3+1
Standing bentova cable flye 20x10, 40x?, 50x?
Bentova Barbell row 135x10x10x10 (body was taxed felt good nice burning)
-well for some reason my biceps looked huge and body felt nice and pumped.... could be it Gylcergrow who knows... it was a diff pump then a workout pump per say.... they were just full just looked full almost puffy sorta in a good way but not hard as rocks just did 100rep db curls on my arms pump... anyway it was cool felt some good size hours after my workout as i type this i feel normal

 Day4 glycergrowfloor db 95x6x8x6 (all prs new exercise) incdb 80x10x7, 90x5x5 (getting closer to my prs) cable flyes standing 30xmax, 50xmax, 60xmax bar pushdowns 90x20, 110x20, 130x15 1arm pushdowns 4x10, 5x10, 6x10, 7x10 (hard) wg pullups thick grip 4x3x3x1x1x1x1x1 -not sure what it was but omg my body felt huge today... super pumped up like inflated sorta feeling but not totalyl a muscle pump feeling exactly... but yea i filled out my shirt like i never have before it felt and looked great -took glycergrow 3scoops into my mouth gulped with water one scoop at a time for now

WG pulldown 110x10, 110x10, 120x10 leg curl 3x7, 8x5, 9x5, 10x5 11x5x5, 12x5 -another good workout... boxsquats didnt feel explosive as they did other days... all my numbers were great... new pr on deadlift... and leg curls are getting much stronger in general but no super PRs or anything

 Day 6 glycergrowinc db 85x3, 100x7(PR)x8(PR)x5 cg bench 185x5, 225x5x4, 185x7 flatdb alt1arms 50x10, 60x10, 65x4 (held the weights overhead then did reps one arm then other while holding weight of offhand above head with legs in the air... great workout substutite from bodyball) side lat 15x10, 20x10, 25x10, 30x10 (hard) underhand seat row mach 110x5, 120x5, 140x5 -ok well lets just say i felt and looked huge... PRs on my inc db presses by a few reps this came out of no where... last inc db workout i did 80x10x7 90x5.5... and blamo this was next.. anyways that felt great... gym only goes to 100s soo soon hopefully be doing sets of 10 reps -everything else felt fine... current weight holding around 220 somehow

-overall another good workout... biceps were pretty swollen up felt and looked great and another PR on deadlifts... 405 went up pretty easy first one second one i rested on was hard

 Day 10 Glycergrowinc db 100x10(PR), 100x9+1 , 100x3+1 flatdb alt1arm 60x10, 65x10, 85x3+1 w. overhead db xt 55x10, 75x10, 85x5+1 (PR) still new movt to me flat cable flyes 30x10, 40x10x10 side laterials 15x10, 20x10, 25x6 cg seated rows 80x 3 sets max out -another good workout... felt strong and pumped all workout.. didnt get tired and just kept on going had a spotter whihc was nice my buddy from college came down to visit... another day and another PR on inc db 100x10... best before was 100x8... slowly maxing out my gym idk whta to do after 100s cuz thats the biggest ones we got

 Day 11 GlycergrowBox squat 185x5, 225x5, 275x5x2x3 (2 and 3 were quick 2 fast sets) ATG squats 185x10 olympic GM 185x5x8x8(PR) (not easy at all) shrugs 185x10, 225x10, 275x10x10 rope cable curls 3sets standing db curls 40x8x maxed x maxed lost count -another good workout my bi's were spent so felt that was alittle weak otherwise everything felt pretty good

 Day 13 Glycergrowfeeling like crap all day i prepare for the gym deadlift 225x3, 315x3, 405x1 (oldPR), 415x1(NEW PR!), 225x10 warmdown benchgoodmornings 10degrees 135x5, 225x5x5(hard as hell) bentova rows 135x10, 225x3x3 (lost all strength not happy) 1arm cable curls 30x3sets max reps ezcurl standing 85x10w, 10c, 10w (wide, close) -good workout felt super pumped but first time doing bentova rows heavy for a while and it showed as i recall doing 10reps as my best at 225.. oowell another PR on the deadlift i might have been able to go heavier as 415 was easier then 405 tonight but didnt wanna push it... 2.5 or 5lbs per week is good enuff !
