| hey all, it says this is a really good Protein and kind of a creatine. but is this a fat burner because it says it is also a fat fat burner? so is it a fat burning protein shake? |

| Ive used it in my low carb diets, but by itself without calorie resrictiona nd exercise its just a great tasting calorie shake. I do love the Choc, it is a great treat when you ahve to go low carb, and i like using 3 scoops before bed, when i can afford it, but for now its vanilla prot powder and cottage cheese =-) |

| muscle milk taste great and mixes amazing. i am using it now to cut down my weight a bit, I usually have if during the day and a time relase protien before bed. alone it will not burn fat. its a great mrp but a bit costly. |

| It also does not contain creatine. Label says something about helping your body produce more creatine. I think it's BS but the flavors are awesome and it's a good product in terms of MRP's. |
