| age-19 sex-male weight-210 goals-bulking...want to be about 230 height-6'2 taking Underground Labs M1-T,4 ad select 300 well so far i've been on m1t and 4ad for 1 week and i'm up 10 pounds...i've been drinking a 3,000 calories weight gainer shake in the morning and then one before i go to sleep...been eatting 6 times a day. so far i'm happy with what i'm seeing some side effects though that i've had has the past couple days been lower back pain but i can deal with it...no real lethargy i'm taking 10mg of m1t in am and 10 in pm and 900mg 4ad orally. i will keep posting my results thanks |
