This forum is a virtual store front for a legitimate business. As such, content should reflect that which is appropriate in a business environment.

1) No slandering other members in any way.

2) No malicious or threatening posts, this includes both PMs or e-mails sent via the forum.

3) No crude sexually explicit language/threads/posts. This includes nudity in pictures/avatars/signatures.

4) This is not a chatroom. This is a sports supplement forum designed to allow members to trade information and experiences about various supplements, diet and training. While the OT section is for things "Off Topic", worthless back and forth chatter that pollutes the forum should be taken to PMs.

5) General negativity that detracts from the purpose and atmosphere of the board is unacceptable.

Additional rules will be implemented as necessary. (Hopefully that will not be necessary.)
