| What up fellas, I just bought some 4ad and 1,4ad and am trying to cap them myself. Question I have is what size caps do I use? I'm trying to make each pill around 250mg or 300mg. I know I know I should use a transdermal but I prefer oral. I will be running this cycle for 6-8 weeks with 4ad dosed at 1500mg a day and the 1,4ad dosed at 1000-1200mg a day. If anyone has any experience with cap'em quick please enlighten me. I tried emailing mike but I guess he never got it. Thanx in advance bros. |

| Get the size "O" gelcaps, just don't fill them all the way (the 500mg-600mg ones). I would also recommend a scale. Fill a plastic bag with your 4AD, add in the necessary filler (corn starch) [weigh both beforehand] so that you'll have a total mixture of "X" (your Gs of 4AD) + however many mgs/grams of filler you need to make up the difference to fill 50 caps (the whole rack) with 500mg of 'active.' Once you've got everything weighed & put in the bag, close it and shake the hell out of it so you get an even mixture, spread over your Cap-em-Quick, and cap. Then repeat with your 1,4 Andro.
