| Do you mean at the same time or just in general? Yes, a lot people incorporate ZMA in their supplementation. Take it at night before bed. They say not to take ZMA right after a large intake of Calcium. |

| I take my ZMA before I workout or in the morning since I am one of the few it keeps up at night. |
