My piracetam powder arrived a few weeks ago and i have been storing it in my cabinet since i will not be using it at the moment. I took it out just now to have a look and the powder has hardened! Is it damaged?? What should i do? Will it be better to put it in the fridge? I live in Singapore and the average temperature here is around 30 degrees celsius.

If it has hardened, that should not affect the content or it's structure in any way. Piracetam is a hygroscopic compound; the powder grains simply bonded to one another during their time in storage. You can try just going @ it with something to try and break up the biggest lumps. I personally recommend giving the entire container a good shaking-up every now and then. In any event the texture will not affect the efficacy of the product in any way. Continue to measure out & use as you normally would. Cheers.

Yes, there is no cause for concern, piracetam is a very stable compound. Just crush it up when ready for use.
