can anyone tell me what good supplements or tretments for osteoperosis are? i know calcium pills are good, but whatelse? what brands or products by name. thanks in advance.

I would take six capsules and two teaspoons respectively daily. Adding in ipriflavone is an option, but lymphocyte count should be taken.
