| [PRODUCT]912[/PRODUCT] I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it is absolutely necessaryto spread your dosage (I will start at 2.4g/day) throughout the day. The reason I ask is because I have a demanding job and can't just take a break and try to find some OJ to mix my Piracetam with (so I can get it down the hatch), and I also often forget to take stuff when I'm at work. | That would be prefered. The oral bioavailability of piracetam is almost 100%, and it has no metabolites. Peak blood concentrations are reached in 30-50 minutes, but the maximal CNS effect is at about 6 hours after administration; similarly, the plasma half-life is 5 hours and the CNS half life is about 8 hours. The drug is completely eliminated 30 hours after administration. |

| Thank you Dr.X - I guess I will have to cap it then so I can down it at work. I have ordered three times from 1fast400.com and have been very impressed with the speed of shipment, on my first order I got an email confirmation of shipmet with a tracking # just 15 minutes after placing the order! I just got my Piracetam, ALCAR and Choline today, so I wanted to be certain about dosing. I guess I'll be ordering the caps. May I ask what supplements you use on a regular basis?
