I used Creaform by primaforce for a while, then made the switch to Energized Xpand because it had the CEE and Tricreatine Malate. The Xpand gets a little pricey, so now i use Bulk CEE so i get the strength and muscle gaining benefits of using the Xpand, but without the pump, but the price difference is worth it. i've also been taking caffeine for the added energy that i used to get, and Citrulline Malate for the pump and endurance. IMO Bulk Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL is the best of creatines.

I think creatine monohydrate taken with a fair amount of dextrose and/or ALA is the best way to go. There are other "cocktail" products that work better, but it has to do with the other ingredients, not the creatine in them.

I had great succes stacking Cytovol HP + Phosphagen HP (both from EAS).

I have also had good success with Cell-Tech (I know, I know huh.gif ).
