i recently purchased this
CEE, and had my first dosage today, it was great! i lifted more and could squeeze out those extra reps i normally couldnt do, but im now confused abit because of the timing out my supplements for pwo.
atm this is what i take,
BCAAs,
CEE and
protein with dex/malt.
i take 3gr of
CEE 30mins pre training and then 5gr
BCAA's 15mins pre.
i drink water throughout my w/o.
straight after my work out i am confused about what to take because i dont know what to take after and when to take, a friend said
BCAA's immediately, 5mins after take the
CEE, then 20mins after the post w/o shake consisting of
protein and dex/malt and eat a good meal after that.
so when you think about it, i am delayin my
protein uptake by about 30mins after my training...how long do u usually have to wait after
BCAA's to take
CEE? how long do u usually have to wait after
CEE to take ur post w/o shake?
please help me advise as i am very confused....
