I want to start by apologizing for the delay in posting the results. I had some business related issues that kept me very busy during the evenings the last few weeks. However it did not affect my workouts or results at all.

I also want to point out that I am coming out of some injuries. Also I tend to eat the same crap all the time so you won't see alot of changes in my diet ever. Now onto the log.

Here are some first week observations.

1. No change in measurements at all. For info purposes here is the breakdown:
Weight: 325lbs.
Height: 6ft.
Bodyfat (if known): 29%
Personal measurements – arm: 20, chest: 54, waist: 42, hip: 38, quad: 29, calf: 20

2. No change in strength to report yet.

3. I did begin to feel like I had a bit more energy towards the end of the first week.

4. Noticed less bloating than with regular creatine.

5. This one is important. I looked back at my old notes from over a year ago. I honestly can tell you that from looking at my old notes and from feeling how the product has worked so far, straight arginine gives me a much better pump. I am comparing a dose of arginine of a bit less than 5 grams and that is on its own with no creatine involved either.

My first weeks results from arginine only were really great. I experienced big pumps and swelling in my muscles and I noticed alot more energy the very first day. I am not getting that from this. So I am staying objective and possitive at the same time here but I really have to wonder about all this talk that AAKG is better than straight arginine. Not to mention that Citrulline Malate is claimed to be even better than AAKG.


Additional notes:

I am coming off some injuries. Nothing huge but enough that it set me back a ways in my strenght especially. If you look at my Xfactor logs at Avantlabs you will see I was definetly stronger. I am going all out here. No holding back and the injuries are definetly behind me. I know how my body works and I will get back to my old strengths soon.

Another thing is the product is extremely hardened inside the can. Lots of rock like particules of the product that take awhile to dissolve. I never had this problem with the original Swole or V12 back when I first tried them. That was back when each first came out.

I will have more feedback in my final log.

Chest Press Machine: 3 sets with the rack just to pump up. I don’t count the reps on these but I usually end up between 12-20.
Pec Fly Machine: 3 sets of the rack.

Noticed more energy than last weeks chest workout. In addition had a slight increase in my bench. Decent pump but nothing special.

Ok so the trial is now done. Here is a list of notes and thougths.

1. I used 2 scoops on workout days, 1 before and 1 after I trained. I used 1 scoop on rest days.

2. No changes in body measurements to report. They remain as they did at the beginning:
Weight: 325lbs.
Height: 6ft.
Bodyfat (if known): 29%
Personal measurements – arm: 20, chest: 54, waist: 42, hip: 38, quad: 29, calf: 20

3. I thought the product was less than average. I have honestly experienced much better results in my first two weeks of use with comparable products. For example I got much better results my first two weeks of Sann V12 and the original Swole. Also when I added straight arginine to Swole it was hands down much better than Metabolic Pump. I really don't understand why this product didn't work better.

4. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

5. I only wouldn't recommend the product simply because I know products that work better. Although if this stuff was at a deep discount somewhere it would be worth it I guess.

6. Because of how exact my diet and training are I know I am getting and giving an accurate evaluation of the product at least for the short term 2 week results.

For now I will just summarize by saying it isn't a bad product but it is not the most effective I have used that is for sure.
